I used to love going to Great Harvest on Forest ave but im rethinking this after my experience today. I sat and watched every customer that ordered after me receive their food and leave. The staff seemed less than their usual friendly selves, and very disorganized in the prep area. I finally asked if my order was forgotten and she said it was on the grill. Got it home to find not only the wrong bread but it was burnt. No apologies on the wait either. Bummer that its changed.
Esplanade location:
I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service at this location. Today 3 employees failed to greet or acknowledge me. I called in my order and gave them ample time. It was also well after the lunch rush. only 5 customers were in the restaurant (they all were seated eating). No one in line. I didn’t receive a hello I’ll be with you shortly. Nothing. Never again going to GREAT HARVEST on Esplanade next to East Lassen; in my life again, EVER. I have never experienced such a horrible experience at a BREAD place. & if you know me personally, I’m a really nice person unless you do something to ME. Anyway, they’re extremely rude and I will never ever go back to that place. Ever.
