Now he has found it again he was juiced.As we came in the first thing I noticed was how cleaned the establishment was!If you know me this and costumer service is what I look for for.Mean while to a moment of disappointment the cash register was not accepting cash. Go figure . Lol but to a little sad face that kyil had the owner made it all better. He was willing to give us samples and make us happier then we were already!!! “After a frustrating wait at Jack in the Box, I swung by Wendy’s and wow, they nailed it. The drive-thru was quick, the staff was on point, and my food was hot and delicious. Honestly, it was a refreshing turnaround after that earlier letdown. Kudos to them for having it all together!“

“Decided to get a late night meal from the lobby. I had the pleasure of haveing Sombe take my order. (hopefully I spelled that correctly) Everything on our order was spot on. This individual was actually really on the ball and was leading the team to take decisions fast and dirrecting traffic like the lead air traffic controller in the Denver airport all while accomplishing multiple other tasks. It was actually impressive to watch and had a very friendly demeanor as well. Well done!“

“I have been to this Walmart Subway many times since it has reopened. Many times it is VERY busy, usually when there is only one person working ( any of us who have worked in the customer service industry know that's how it goes) but the young gentleman who seems to ALWAYS be there is very polite, makes great conversation and his smile is genuine and contagious. Honestly we don't go to any other Subway since the reopening. The actual food that is served has definitely changed, but it is doing the same thing everywhere, much like pricing, so ruling that out as it is NOT exclusive to THIS Subway, I love coming here. The one staff member we have been helped by is great!“

He was cleaning tables or sweeping whenever there a slow time. He was running out oders and opening doors for customer! He greeted people and wished them good byes. This guy is an asset! He was the only contact I and much of the in-restaurant customer had, and he was an AWESOME representative for this company!“
