I have been going to Bud's jolly Kone for years it's always been a cool place for a quick bite to eat or for one of their flavored ice cream cones, I like how involved with the community they are and the restaurant has a fun small town vibe. My favorite used to be the burgers but they took a step back with the meat because it doesn't seem as big of patties or as good as it used to be but still good enough for the price. This place is almost always busy. A line outside where you order and then pick up your food. Local people seem to enjoy it. I've never eaten there except for their frozen swirling ice cream cones dipped in chocolate. Yummy.
