I treated myself to Peter Chus yesterday for lunch and I already want to go back. The service is phenomenal and my food was delicious. I ordered the friend prawn appetizer and their lunch chicken with mixed vegetables. I took my leftovers home and my family didn't let them last more than 5 minutes.
This was a truly exceptional experience. Comfortable seating with a spectacular view of Mt Lassen. The food was absolutely some of the best I've had. I love potstickers and so I was nervous to try them in an airport restaurant. I am so happy I did, without exaggeration they have my new favorite pot stikers.
