Thai Cuisine Express Reviews
Best pad Thai I’ve had in Redding. Great portion size. And Thai tea was a hit also.
We made a quick stop here on our way back, and overall, the food was really good! We ordered the green onion pancake, red curry, and vegetable spring rolls. The green onion pancake and red curry were delicious, and the portion of the red curry was generous as well. Unfortunately, the vegetable spring rolls weren’t great and had a slightly strange smell. But the first two dishes were definitely worth trying. One of the best Thai food in California
Their Thai iced milk tea looks like a work of art and tastes like one too. A fantastic newer family owned restaurant. The family are very friendly. Their restaurant is also very clean and has fast service.
The atmosphere appears rather authentic and the food is also from scratch. They do a great job making your food as quick as possible for the quality. Me and the wife also got the Laos Vermacelli soup and shrimp spring rolls. It was all great and Im not generally a soup...read full review

Thai Cuisine Express is a fantastic newer family owned restaurant. The family are very friendly, and the restaurant is also very clean with fast service. The atmosphere appears rather authentic, and the food is from scratch. The food is genuinely top notch, authentic and fresh, with generous portions and reasonable prices. The Thai iced milk tea looks like a work of art and tastes like one too, and the Thai iced tea and coffee were spot on flavor and sweetness wise. The green onion pancake and red curry were delicious, and the red curry with shrimp had sauces that complemented every bite. The Laos Vermacelli soup and shrimp spring rolls were all great. The Rad Na had a slightly different flavor in every bite, and the chow mein was liked as well. Many sauces and toppings are available right on the table. The atmosphere was clean, quiet and organized, with TV screens playing soft Thai music videos. This is said to be the best Thai food in the county, and one of the best Thai restaurants in North America and Europe so far. Support this fine establishment.
