“We LOVE Corbett’s. One of the best restaurants in the area. Amazing food and service*. Try the lobster eggs benedict, any of their kickass omelets (my partner likes the salmon omelet, I like the Downtown or California), any of their fantastic sandwiches. I’m not a coffee snob in any capacity so YMMV, but their regular coffee is REALLY good. Desserts are also fantastic.

* Regarding service. Normally Maria is our server, extremely kind and personable, has gotten to know us & our preferences well and takes great care of us. She is a standout human being. Unfortunately, we must have stopped in on her day off today and got Allison. She was… certainly not outright rude but made us and others feel like an inconvenience. Maybe not having a good day. Happens.

As soon as we sat down, something to the effect of “wow, as soon as I start a project I have more people come in” was said. Sure, same, I also work in the service industry and I know the feeling, but it’s not something I voice to patrons. She made various other kinda not great comments throughout our visit, both to us and another table.

Allison still kept us taken care of consistently and quickly, and kept our drinks full. But we definitely missed Maria today.“

“Dennys is always good. The Redding location didnt dissapoint. Joyce was an amazing server. She was on top of everything. Water and drinks as soon as we sat down. Took our order as soon as we were ready. And the food came out almost as fast as a fast food restaurant.
Loved the service and will return. Even leaves you a little not at the end.“
