Odell Craft BBQ LLC Reviews
Food was delicious! Judson was most helpful when I asked about gluten free options. The staff was friendly and took extra precautions so that nothing was cross contaminated. We went for lunch when we arrived in town and then the next day and bought enough for leftovers. We tried all of it!! It was delicious!
Judson and others were wonderful!
We’re from SC and FL on a road trip. If we lived closer, we would always go to Odell Craft BBQ.
They catered a work event and not only was the food phenomenal so was the staff. They were friendly, answered questions very well, and were just great people. We will definitely order food from here and consider them for future catering events!
Had the chance to try Odell’s at the brewery lastnight and I was completely mind blown. So glad to find a place in Redding that has good Barbecue. Their tri tip is bomb! 🔥

Based on the reviews, Odell Craft BBQ LLC serves real fresh homemade food that leaves customers feeling good. The barbecue is next-level, perfectly smoked, flavorful, and consistent every single time. The brisket is unbelievably tender and packed with flavor, and the tri-tip is cooked perfectly, juicy and on point. Specific meals mentioned include the tri-tip sandwich, Texas Twinkie, sliced turkey, pulled pork, and their signature Mac n cheese. Side dishes like broccoli salad, potato salad, candied jalapeños, honey rolls, cold slaw, pickles, and BBQ sauce complete the meal. The atmosphere at the restaurant is friendly, enjoyable, and welcoming. The staff makes customers feel like family and are oh so kind. The inside is rustic and small and nice. The customer service is lovely. Customers say great food will bring you in, but the welcoming atmosphere will keep you coming back. They are currently only open for dine-in on Thursdays and Fridays, and Fridays are the only day they serve brisket. It is absolutely worth the trip.
