“My husband and I went here yesterday. Great place! The most delicious, creative tacos we’ve ever had! Surprising flavor fusions. I had the cod and mango taco and the steak with raspberry taco. The taco shells are browned to crisp perfection. The pico de gallo, napa cabbage, feta cheese and their delicious sauces all marry harmoniously. The restaurant is a new, fresh concept and we want to come back and try all the different tacos! The owners are very friendly and like to be sure you are happy and satisfied.”

“My fiancé and I visited this vineyard as a potential venue for our wedding this fall! We had the opportunity to go out there, see the vineyard and meet the owner. We ended up going in a different direction but this venue is gorgeous, and it's price is neither cheap nor expensive- just very fair on both ends, which is rare! i have looked into dozens recently, and many venues are just flat out overpriced. The owner was easy to talk with and figure out the details we would have needed to know for our Big Day. It's definitely a BEAUTIFUL spot for a Wedding and worth a viewing!”

“It was a cold wet night. I was in town to visit childhood friends. They took me to Cody's OK Corral for a drink and to meet some of their friends. For a huge room, it still felt welcoming. Shauna (sorry if I spelled your name wrong Shawna?)was there to greet us before we had seated ourselves. She had a great smile and poured a great dirty martini.The drinks were generous but not over the top, the prices somewhat lower than I am used to seeing. “Very authentic Mexican restaurant. Food was better than great. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive, exactly what you want on a busy day. You didn't have to wait to look for your server for more water or chips and salsa. They seemed to know already when you wanted something. There were six of us and two people ordered an extra meal each to have for dinner. We all ordered different items and at least half of us had special orders. Everything arrived perfect and accurate and hot. Would definitely recommend this place if you love authentic Mexican food. Its a huge part of cottonwood and the first place i ate at when i was moving here 24 years go.Vegetarian options: Im not a vegetarian i eat lots of meat and dont understand why someone would rob theirselves of a delicious burger. Not to mention the vitamins you get from meat”

“I have loved this place since I was a little girl. I remember eating at this restaurant with my mom and Grandma sadly are both now passed away. there's something about the sourdough pizza crust that just makes the pizza not only unique from every other pizza place, but so absolutely to die for and I am personally obsessed with the salad and the homemade salad dressing it went through some changes with the original owner passing away, but his daughter lends the place now and it's still the best place to eat in Cottonwood as far as I'm concerned and always will be if you haven't already checked it out go in right away people highly recommended”

“As always, the food is fresh, hot, and prepared with love. Giant pieces of fish and the best sweet potato fries around. The homemade tartar and ranch are always delicious.My ONLY bone to pick (no pun intended) is that the fish needs seasoning. It's always on the bland side. Do it a favor and give it a little old bay, or at least some salt and pepper.I love the cute decor and the people are unfailingly lovely. Definitely recommend ?”

I'm at the owner and she's very nice. Service is good, although sometimes I share a table with another customer, which is fine by me because I would rather share a table with another customer and maybe make a new friend or acquaintance then to wait for something to open up and then just me at a table, which makes no sense”

Great personality and awesome customer service. I managed a business for over 20 years and customer service was one of my priorities along with quality. This place is top notch in both categories. “My wife and I love Mister Taco and try to get over to that side of town(McGees Corner) as often as we can.Today we drove from Cottonwood to Burney and stopped on the way back.The food is great, we forgot it was Taco Tuesday, so we got the 4 tacos for $10 special....awesome! Our favorite thing on the menu is the Carnitas Burrito---it's huge and tons of meat....best deal in town!! Location is easy access, plenty of parking--inside of picnic tables outside. Food was great and service was great and affordable......what more could you ask for------stop by there today!”

“First time getting coffee here. The young women working there were very friendly, served us with a smile. We got a sugar free caramel chocolate iced decaf. What's the point? you may ask. I was craving coffee, but it was late in afternoon, and I'd been wanting to try this little kiosk. Anyway, the coffee was really good, not too strong or bitter. AND the medium size wasn't $6 or $7! (It was under $5)Seriously, fun coffee has gotten so expensive ?”

“My husband and I decided to take a trip to Burney Falls and wanted a place to sit in and have lunch. We found this place on Yelp. Once we entered, Angela (I believe was her name) told us the kitchen wouldn't be serving dinner until 4:30pm and that we were more than welcome to grab a drink at the bar in the mean time. 10 minutes before dinner time she asked us what we would like so she can put the order in and have it ready by then. She was very welcoming and easy to speak to. She provided great hospitality for our first time at the restaurant. She definitely made our experience great. We tried the soup of the day and it was chicken noodle soup. I was convinced that it was from a can, boy was I wrong. The celery still had a crunch to it and was fresh! Then I ordered the cut of the day medium rare and it was seasoned well and was perfect. My husband and I didn't expect much but we were extremely satisfied and ordered food to go. We would definitely come here again.”

“Had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was amazing. The bun didn’t fall apart despite the burgers medium rare (cooked to perfection) juiciness and had a great sirloin yumminess too. Entire staff was super friendly, there’s a super welcoming family atmosphere here with free arcade and clean bathrooms. What more could you ask for? “It used to be called Mary's Pizza, and now it's Charlew's Tap House. I met the owner himself, and we had a nice chat about his grandmother and his family. He said that, like me his family was born and raised in California. He's really nice guy. The service is excellent, The ambience is really nice. They have private booths, large tables, and, you can also just sit at the bar and watch them Make a pizza. He told me that whenever I wanted he would make me the best pizza I ever had. I believe it. I usually get the spaghetti with a giant meatball à la carte on the lunch menu and it's very reasonably priced. Also delicious. Probably the best Italian food I've ever had in this area, or possibly anywhere else in short of The i-80 truck stop in Iowa, The world's largest truck stop. There's a family-owned restaurant there that had the most delicious lasagna I've ever tasted, but now that I've had it at this place, it's no longer the best I've ever had. I recommend this restaurant to anybody. and everybody”
