Coffee drinks and food are good but pricey. Staff can be curt and need training in providing better customer service, especially on the phone. More often than not, when you arrive, the atmosphere is one that they're too busy and the customer is a more of a bother. I give this review as a manager in an extremely busy, high stress retail business. Customer service should never be compromised or subpar even if you're the only shop in town.
They were amazing and helped us with putting together two amazing baskets all while maintaining “social distancing” a gift for anyone and everyone just let them know what you’re looking for 👍🏻 #shoplocal

The Hazelnut Latte and Kizer Mocha are popular drink choices, and the cafe also offers small sweet treats. Additionally, The Bean has an excellent selection of teas and homemade honey. It's worth noting that while they may not always answer their phone, the staff provides excellent drink preparations.
