I was having a problem working my app for Christmas'24 went in and asked lady she helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and the manger was super nice and the crew was all amazing! Place was so so clean and food was yummy 😁
As usual we go to JBs for the egg rolls. We can't find egg rolls better in redding. Not the real restaurants, not other fast food places. If you know of a place I'd like to hear about it.
Fast and correct

Jack in the Box is a convenient fast food spot that offers a great experience, thanks to its personable and helpful staff, especially the manager Raquel. The food is always fresh and delicious, with the exception of the tacos, which can be soggy and not crispy. The restaurant has an intuitive smartphone app that allows for easy ordering and pickup, even late at night. The location is easy to access, situated right off I-5 on the corner, making it simple to get back on the highway after visiting. The menu is extensive and includes unique items like the Sourdough Burger, which customers love. They are also willing to make burgers not on the menu if requested. The drive-through service is fast and efficient, and the staff strives to provide a good experience. Vegetarian options are limited, and customers should watch the carbs if they have dietary restrictions. The parking lot is fairly large, mainly used for takeout and drive-thru orders. While there’s no playground or kid-friendly amenities, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Despite some concerns about the area, the staff remains committed to delivering reliable fast food service for on-the-go meals.
