“Reservations recommended. It's a fabulous find with fantastic food. This was our second visit, and my partner said the margarita she ordered was a good as our first time. The service was terrific, and the food was hot and delicious. The salsa served with the chips was teetering on the high end of my tolerance, but I'm kind of a lightweight in that regard. The only cautionary note is the environment. The space has tall ceilings and nothing to dampen sound. As a result, it is pretty raucous and lively...not ideal for quiet conversation. I wouldn't want them to change as that's part of the experience.“

“By far the best Mexican food you will ever eat. The menu is filled with dishes new to me yet also has some classics. This is true Mexico City fare at its best. The cocktails are creative and fresh with house made purées and syrups. I will be back many times!“

“I absolutely love this place, the food is great, good quality and reasonably priced.I frequently order for lunch or dinner, and food is always SO GOOD.Visited the place for the first time and is a very clean place, with good energy, and these lovely ladies that were on top of my order and treated me like a queen.Highly recommend the Super Burritos (is my favorite dish here) and quite unique, have not found another place as good as them.“

“Thumbs up on the al pastor, tripa, and cabeza tacos. Tasty! I want to try the chicharron (fried pork belly) gordita sometime. They had guava and jamaica juices (aguas frescas). The guava was a smidge sweet for my taste but tasted nice and fresh.“

They're good adults too.“

“I had a early dinner with friends decided I would take them to one of my favorite restaurants for the seafood the FOOD was excellent as always!I usually do take out and have sat inside for lunch service was not so great to get a water it took our waitress about 20 mins the michelada I ordered looked sad a beer with ice and lemon is all I got plus with a attitude. The shrimp Michelada another 15 mins was told by the waitress because the shrimp need time to be cooked Lol…. So everyone else had their drinks minus one person, The outdoor patio is not recommended for more than 2 people it was uncomfortably hot specially all the way down in the corner I had never been outside before the benches are way too small I believe they are made for children for 4 adults definitely not I recommend this place for the food but not for the ambiance the place has a swamp cooler and no air conditioning at all indoors where if you go at the wrong time you will not enjoy your food outdoors is even worse with swamp cooler and no air circulating ( patio is packed to the last spot behind the door and in the corner under the swamp cooler. They should open up the tent to allow the air in not just the doors.“

“Fun atmosphere with polite staff. My Cilantro Camarones was excellent with just the right texture and taste. Best part is, I love how they use sheets of translucent onyx for their light wall. Each piece is Mother Nature’s work of art. They are much better in person. Oh and of course the Guacamole is fantastic too.Parking: Street parking is available but limited.Wheelchair accessibility: Newer building, so, accessible.“

“We wandered in to Milagros for lunch and were soon greeted and taken to the cute patio area. We ordered chips and salsa, and got three delicious salsas and a bucket of fantastic tortilla chips. My niece had a fish taco and I had the chicken taquitos. She loved her taco, and the taquitos were absolutely perfect. Jose 'el diablo', ? was our waiter. He was entertaining and likeable, very sweet and funny. The service was beyond reproach.“

“Grabbed a 6 pack of Barria..half spicy, half regular. Served with limes, beef consomme, and salsa verde. Gringa here, trying for the first time....totally impressed. Delicious, juicy, crispy outside fresh corn tortilla, fried with cheese, and perfectly seasoned inside. Chili oil for the side. Not too spicy, just a perfect kick. Flavor was amazing....wish I was here for more than the day so I could order again. Atmosphere ok, lots of workmen, outside tables are cute, but you are in a parking lot. Food makes up for the atmosphere, go, you won't be disappointed! Paper plates....this is a casual place. Small parking lot...maybe 20 spaces.Parking: 20 ishWheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“This is by far the best place to go for some really moist and perfectly cooked carnitas. This place is pretty straight forward; Carnitas and tortillas with just few side selections which are rice and beans. That's it. This is why they perfected cooking up the carnitas.I highly recommend ordering the Combo #3 which is 6 freshly hot tortillas, 1/2 lb mixed carnitas (meat and facial pieces), a small half cup of beans and rice. The meat literally falls apart and is drenched with it's juices. I love the fatty parts such as the cheeks, ears, and other parts; this is perfect with the salsa. This combo was priced at $15 which is a great choice for a first timer. I do want to come back again and try their burrito. Their burrito is huge! basically an arm length lol. I will be back again!“

“Amazing food that is a traditional but regionally unique cuisine of southern coastal Mexico along with the kind of dishes you would typically expect. There are many dishes I usually only have had the pleasure of enjoying when friends or coworkers share homemade. Good, but not over the top presentation. Hearty portions for everything I have tried so far. For example, the sushi rolls are a solid meal on their own.If you have never been to a rural Central American beach town, you might find the atmosphere oddly "rustic", but I am confident the owner knew exactly what they were doing in creating an authentic atmosphere of where his recipes are from.Feeling adventurous, love good Mexican seafood, or looking for another Hawaiian shirt dress code restaurant, don't miss out.Parking: Exclusive lot in back.Kid-friendliness: Yes?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.“

“This food truck is absolutely outstanding. Everything made here is delicious and the owners are the nicest people. I've had everything on their menu more than once and will undoubtedly have them all again over time. I work very close and feel very fortunate that they picked this spot in Redwood City to park themselves. I especially recommend the alambre made with chuleta, the super burritos (con papas fritas) and the tacos that come with both beans and nopales on top.“

“Okay... It's at the gas station. Nothing fancy just a whole in the wall. There are other Grullenses but this is the one you want to try! Before I moved to the area I used to come here from SF because the carne asada tacos with green sauce are so good. Still one of the best tacos in the peninsula.“

“Quieren un burrito que les quite el hambre, y los llene de sabor? Pidan un súper burrito de asada con chorizo no les fallara al paladar! La atención la verdad siempre es buena, pido limón eextra y con gusto me dan no una rebanada más, no dos, me dan 3! Y no andan cobrandotelo. Las salsas muy buenas, y el servicio es rápido. No tardan 5 minutos antes de darte tu comida. Y tienen unas bancas donde sentarse al aire libre pero tapados del sol. Muy agradable, recomendable, y sin duda, muy delicioso“

“The food here is amazing. I always get carne asada tacos and chorizo tacos, I really love the taste and prefer the flavor the mild salsa adds to the tacos. I also get aguas frescas and they are very refreshing. I strongly recommend the foods and aguas frescas.“

“The manager reached out very promptly and gave a burrito on the house due to the small issue with the last order which was greatly appreciated! These guys care a lot about good customer service and customer retention! I got two more of the spicy Cajun veggie burritos and another barbacoa with hot sauce. I'm looking forward to these with the family when I get home!“

“If you want an amazing hot sandwich to go, La Casita Chilanga is amazing. The combination of flavors on each of their creations is an explosion of delight in your mouth. A torta for one person is a heavy meal, so if you're looking for a light lunch, split one with a friend. Folks are nice there and the shop is pleasant, but this is a place where you give your order, wait outside for a few minutes, and then get your food in a bag to go.“

“I needed to be porked today. And good folks at Carnitas El Rincon delivered! Ordering the mixed pork taco, you can taste that the chef starts cooking the whole pig at 5 am daily. Deep pork flavor. Highlight with a squeeze of lemon and the house made salsa. Next time, I'm going to order the pata de carnitas.“
“One of the best places to get some Fresas Con Crema, Waffles with your choice of ice cream topped with Caramel, banana, and strawberries. I've tried a few places around the bay area and NO ONE has the thickness of the cream on the Fresas con Crema like this place. As far as the service, yes most of the time there will be a line especially if it's a hot day, but it goes pretty fast and it's definitely worth it.“
“Are you in the mood for a really good taco and are fine with eating on a Costco pull out table in between a meat counter and an aisle of flour? Then do I have the place for you! This is the 8th Mexican taco joint I've tried on this street and from a flavour standpoint it is my favorite! We had the pork, beef and chicken - all delicious. The bathroom is through the kitchen and you need to use the kitchen sink to clean your hands. It was weird but I was thankful I was allowed to use it. Joy of toddlers is they always need to go when you least expect it.You pick out your drink at the grocery section and pay for everything at the grocery store cash on your way out.“

“I saw this place on the side of Woodside Road and felt compelled to try it. Im guessing they are relatively new or maybe new to this location. The menu has a lot of more traditional Mexican food options - huaraches, sopes, etc. They also have a great meat selection with suadero, buche, cabeza, and more. The service is pretty fast despite there being a lot of people. From how they called out the orders it seems they run a very professional kitchen here.Food-wise everything was great. I really like trying the more atypical items versus tacos and burritos. The sopes in particular were really excellent, very crispy with lots of meat.Overall I really liked the place and it's a great addition to the local food scene. They take credit cards too, which is nice. Parking can be a little tough due to the location though.“

“In search of a late lunch and the gorditas here caught my attention. Order comes with 2, and I went with the chicharon. May look small, but it was filling. Loved the texture of the crispy masa shell. Flavors of the inside was good, too - would've liked more of the chicharon. I'd definitely return as there are other menu items I'd like to try.“
