Worst experience at a restaurant. Ordered delivery, but food was never delivered. After calling and asking about the food, they said the food was already made but "they had no control over delivery". Why offer delivery if you can't guarantee it? When I called asking for a refund (since I never got my food), they hung up on me. Seems like another commenter had the exact same experience.
This was the single worst food experience of this year - seriously.15-min. after the scheduled delivery time, we tried to call to check on the status. Calling the Redwood City number listed on their corporate website leads paying customers to an automated message stating, "mailbox 1848 is full."
