Usually love going to Einstein bagels but this time was very disappointed. Bagels were cold even though I asked to have them toasted. Barely any cream cheese not even enough to cover entire bagel. Coffee was cold. Forced to tip during check out when it's just a pick up and go.
I've ordered from this location more than once and I've ordered ahead on the app and I walk in and I stand there for a good 10 to 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I'm there but yet people walk in behind me walk up to the counter place their order and get their food before I'm even noticed that I'm there when I place an order ahead.
