Food and drinks are yummy as always. However, there was a really large party that kept on adding more and more guests, in pairs of two, at a time. It was adding unnecessary wait to the rest of the restaurant and almost contemplated walking out because we could not flag down staff for what felt 20 minutes. The outdoor space is lovely and it’s nice have a view of the horizon.
Great spot! Beautiful views! We've been here twice & tried a lot both times,and haven't had anything we don't like! Topsail is an awesome dining experience & I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to dine in San Diego!

Overall an absolute must in San Diego. There are so many “view spots” in San Diego and this one is definitely a fun little intimate spot. Food and drinks are great. They do play overhead music that I think could've been a little more tasteful but we had a great time.
