“One of my friends allowed me to taste some food from this place I was so taken the next day I immediately went to have my own! the people was just as friendly and warm and most of all welcoming.so it wasn't just about the food but it was the atmosphere and the smiles I'll recommend this place to the world they brought me the closet to tasting some New Orleans food!!!“
“I think maybe the reason some people give this place a low rating is because they're focused on the wrong things. This place is a museum.I stumbled into Radio Habana on my way to the 24th Street Bart. I had a long ride ahead of me and I needed to, ahem, use the facilities. I sat down and suddenly realized I had been transported to the San Francisco I missed so much. I moved in 1997, and there were still traces of the fantastic city that was home to artists, freaks, and fabulousness. It's still a wonderful city, but the hippy energy was intense. There was a cello performance out front with patrons gathered in the cold watching. Inside, a wonderful crone was serving tea and advice. I felt hugged by the whole experience. Don't come there hoping for a "whoo we got so drunk" good time - come to take in the artwork, the ambiance, and the music.I didn't have anything to eat or drink because it was a utility stop, but the place is emblazoned in my mind forever. Go Radio Habana!!“
“Hard to find with only a small sign in the window. It is located in a coffee bar. The food was good. Order at the counter and food is brought to table. I went with 3 friends and we enjoyed our shared meal. Minus one star because I was overcharged and not given the happy hour price for the item I ordered.“
“The ropa vieja was so good! A perfect meal for a rainy night. The empanadas were also crazy good. The mofongo was a bit dry but still good. We also really liked the tostones. They were all out of sangria on a Saturday night which was a little odd but we would have loved to try the guava one.“
“Got their 12 pc Super Special, so good! Easily fed the 3 of us, plus 1 more person if we had them. We had left over chicken which we turned into delicious chicken salad. The chicken itself was very nicely roasted with savory seasonings and was not dry on the cob. We choose the sides of corn, black beans & rice and french fries. Friendly counter service to boot. Finally, this whole meal was a great value!“
“We visited for lunch. Both the service and the meal were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the Guacamole made with fresh avocado and chips, the Ceviche with plenty of ingredients and exquisite acidity. The Cubano Classico sandwich which is not commonly found in Japan. They also provided detailed explanations about the drinks. We definitely want to go again.Thank you very much.“
