The brunch is amazing. Each dish is wildly delicious and delights with unexpected details and refinement (read: the food is so fancy looking). When I do brunch (which is often) I rarely get pancakes because I’m always thinking “I can do better at home”. Kothai’s fluffy cakes are inspired and I couldn’t do that at home with decades of practice. The rose toast is the must order, though, if you are into a seafood Benedict.

The Benedict Sando was deconstructed- sandwich and then a dish of delicious poached eggs in mustardy hollandaise sauce. Wow!!
