Funky pour over coffee place with a couple of indoor seats as well as a few outdoor spaces. Small selection of croissants and cookies. For me the cup sizes are way too large, but then again, I'm more of an espresso person.
This Philz was the only one open on a Sunday morning, so I headed over there before going to the Convention Center. It's about a 15 minute walk to Moscone, which was great. I had the mint coffee, classic style, and it was just as good as I remember it being. I also grabbed a breakfast burrito for breakfast and a Danish for later. Both were solid.
