Small and cozy with ok food. Not the best in the city but good for a option if your in the area. They seemed to be understaffed in comparison to usual service times of the same menu items.Started off with the pork gyoza for an appetizer and they were pretty hefty but just ok.For main I chose the tonkatsu and it was good but nothing stood out over others. The chicken karate ramen was pretty good, I would order that when I visit again.Parking: Parking is not impossible but for sure limitedKid-friendliness: Not for the childrenWheelchair accessibility: Accessible but the spot is small maybeant to call ahead for guaranteed comfort

This is the best chicken katsu we have ever had in our life. It is so tender and juicy, coupled with a mildly spicy curry sauce. My eyes popped when I first bit into the chicken katsu and discovered its perfect tenderness. The ramen is also one of the best. The tonkotsu isn't overly heavy, yet still thick, rich, and creamy. The amount of noodle is abundant, and the chashu was so flavorful, I would argue this ramen rivals some of the best from Japan. What a hidden gem.

Great place for absolute fire ? ramen! It's a little hole in the wall slightly across from the Curran theater. You better get there on their downtime as they get pretty busy, and they tend to have a pretty long wait time as they make most of their menu items on the fly. I tried their takoyaki and kaarage for apps, and they're pretty fire ? as well! Lastly, I ordered their chasiu ramen with mild spicy tonkotsu broth. It's perfect for a cold day at the city. But since the city is pretty cold and windy on average, then this stuff is perfect every day! Can't wait to come back and try their other menu options. Highly recommended ?

Got Chashu ramen with pork broth and spam musubi. It was tasty and portion was big! Prices on a lower side especially for this area. Will definitely return.

It was the worst service during my trip to San Francisco. I couldn't understand it because my pronunciation was poor, but it was quite loud.I felt bad even before I ate it. The same thing happened to other customers, and if that's going to happen, don't do business haha.

The elderly women are great services and awesome food. They're honest workers. January 4th, I ordered food 'to go' and in hurry, I signed receipt paper, didn't have time to write tip and total(I left it blank) to go back to work. The Spanish register guy asked me if I want my receipt, I said no because I paid my total. Suddenly, I get charged for tip after I left the store. That's dishonest cashier! He could have ask me that i am getting charge for tip-avoid drama. I only make 19$perhr. I am not rich! I do give tip when I have extra$. When I don't. I am on budget!

Stumbled upon this place as i looked for the thai restaurant. I got to say the cravings for Japanese food took over lol. Karrage Bento Box was beautiful and good.Vegetarian options: Upon request. During my eating time, two other groups came in but didn't eat due to the minimal vegetarian dishes and went next door
