“I went to visit some cousins in North County, and I heard about this little Ramen spot that specialized in Hokkaido style Ramen. Which is a region in Northern Japan. There's plenty of parking. There's a fun little ambience inside the restaurant when you walk in with some interesting art on the walls. You can also watch the cooks put your ramen together. The servers are very polite, and informative about their menu. If you have any questions at all they're right there to help. I definitely recommend keeping a sharp eye on their seasonal specials menu, because wow, I am very impressed. I tried the BTS ramen, INCREDIBLE BROTH, noodles, toppings, presentation. It really hit all the check marks and then some. My cousin ordered the menchi Katsu Curry. Super delicious!! I'll post the menus in the photos with the details. All I have to say is I highly recommend this place, and I wish they had one in Central San Diego or East County!!!!“

They have a wide variety of rolls to choose from and I had the Spicy Crunch because it came with spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. It tasted as good as it looked! I enjoyed the freshness of the tuna, and it went well with the spicy mayo and eel sauce. I'll be back to try more rolls! “Delicious home food that tastes better than Tijuana's birria and that's a fact.Parking: The street parking can get full but that's only because of how delicious the food is there. Cars do not stay parked for long because of the quick customer friendly service.Wheelchair accessibility: There are several wheel accessible entry points.“

“I live close by and found a little place for my ramen cravings. The broth was good flavor, noodles excellent, and the meats delish! The little popping fish cakes were new to me. Definitely found a place very close to home I can occasionally enjoy.“
