“The food was delish. I had the Hula burger (sautéed mushrooms smothering my hamburger patty, topped with a slice of Swiss cheese). I forgoed the hamburger bun. The b burger was perfectly cooked, as were the sides of Broccoli I ordered. Everyone had something different, including salads, and were happy. Even the kids enjoyed their grilled cheese sandwiches! “I live very close by, so naturally I wanted to try every bar and restaurant on Main Street. One Thursday night I tried this spot out and found it relatively a chill place to hang out at. Clancy's isn't a huge bar by any means but in its simplicity, you'll find its just a bar to hang out and drink at. I got myself a beer and hanged out the counter for the night. There's a pool table, a television and music machine to play some tunes on. There many bars on Main street, if you want something simple or a dive bar atmosphere stop by here for a drink.“

“Food: Corned beef, Saurkraut, Mustard on Rye Looking for a solid sandwich that is not another one of those subway, Mike's or Jimmy's kind of spots? Fritz as I like to call it a solid choice. The sandwich I ordered was made fresh, used some good ingredients and best of all... was delicious. The pickle bar on the side is a nice touch and allows you to load up on some pickled goodness. The shop: Inside there is plenty of tables, and some even have small games you can play while you hang out and eat. There is also a fridge that has premade frozen meals that one can come in a buy for later. Notes: My sandwich and chips was about $15 total. That's about the same as any other sandwich place as far as pricing goes.“

“We were walking down Pine to The Pike after dropping off our ZipCar and looking for a place to grab lunch when we found Altar Society.The building’s aesthetic caught our eye and we took a look at their menu posted outside; shareables and pizza by-the-slice sounded perfect.No wait and self-seating at 12:00PM on a Tuesday. We were greeted by Tanner who also served as our host. Tanner was knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for drinks. He provided samples of both Hard Seltzers which allowed us to choose which we liked more (we chose the 1903 P.O.G.); nice touch and shows they are proud of their product!We started with the pretzel bites and beer cheese dip, it’s the perfect portion for two; the right amount of butter and salt. The Hawaiian and Meat Lovers pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious.Thank you, Tanner and Mike, for making our first time at Altar Society a great experience.“

“Dog friendly place. Took my Lab & our Yorkie. Super friendly environment. Has an outdoor area as an option as well. But let me recommend some dammm delicious food now. U must try the TANK TATER TOTS☆☆☆ & the CAL CLUB SANDWICH ☆☆☆ U will not regret it at all. They also have pizza's & a lot of other food.. but dam those tots a must try.Parking: Plenty of nearby parking.. also if U ride a bike U can park it right outfront near the outfront table area“

“The hidden gem of HB. Great food at great prices. All the TVs (~20) are new and it has high-speed wifi. People are friendly. Bartenders are personable and take care of you. Ownership is top-notch. You won't be disappointed.Parking: Spots are small but you can always find a spot.Kid-friendliness: Good place to bring kids of all ages.Wheelchair accessibility: Double entry doors.
