just have to say I had probably the most sinfully delicious and decadent monte cristo sandwich here. if you love fried battered cheesy goodness, GET IT. oh and with the raspberry jam? We were in Solvang for Spring break and little did we expect many restaurants were closed for Easter Sunday dinner. We had Easter Sunday buffet for lunch and therefore did not make reservation for dinner, expecting to eat light. By dinner time, we were nervous to find out that Japanese Ramen, Italian pizza spots were all closed. We had artichoke dip, which was amazing as an appetizer, then we had wienerschnitzel and combination plate, they were both pretty good. The sides were also so flavorful. We finally had Aebleskiver with strawberry sauce and vanilla ice cream. We were actually pretty full to have desert but we still wanted to try it and we glad we did! Also.they of course have Carlsberg which is my favorite beer and it is hard to come by in the US, so that was a plus too for sure!
