“This place is a hidden gem! It's conveniently located with plenty of street parking and a small parking lot. From the moment we walked up to the ordering/pickup window, a super friendly and helpful employee greeted us. He gave us awesome recommendations for their popular smoothies and toast. We couldn't wait to try the Pink Dragon and PB + Banana smoothies, and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! The cup size was just right, and we couldn't get enough of the Garden Toast with its flavorful feta and zesty lemon. They even have a seating area where we enjoyed our fantastic experience. We're already looking forward to going back!“

“I always come to drip n roll and do homework here. They have the most comfortable seats and their always so nice and never care how long we stay for homework. They make the best coffee and I come everyday from how much I crave it. I love this place and I hope you guys check it out!“

Perfectly cooked. An americano with oat milk; wayyyyyy better than Starbucks by a million miles. And I got a carrot, kale and celery freshly juiced, juice and it is so good.Come in here!!! “Always love this place. Everything is good and nicely priced for West Hollywood. Very clean inside. Nice workers. The only con is the original chia pudding tasted Oily. I much prefer the chocolate or matcha chia pudding. Fruit is very French. I always bring friends here when visiting,“

“I went here for breakfast, and it was delicious. We had the vegan breakfast burritos. The restaurant itself is really cute. Honestly a little hidden gem in Van Nuys. They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. Only downside is no public restroom but luckily we didn’t have to go.“

“I've had many açaí bowls from different spots and Roots & Rye just hits different. I loooooove that you can get not only the açaí blend but the matcha blend as well. Their portion size of each thing they add in the bowl is also perfect, not too much one one thing or another and there are definitely places that might overdo it on, say, the granola or the blended stuff. I've only been to this location so I can't speak for the other spots but at this one, they only let in a few people at a time which means a line can end up forming outside. I haven't had to deal with a long line before but it can definitely take some time to get everyone through and finally make it inside. Still, one of my favorite açaí places, if not my favorite!“

“This place is right on the corner and I was able to park right to the left of it with the metered parking. I came mid week and in the middle of the day since it was a nice warm day. I got the ritual acai bowl with the original mix. It was a perfect combo and size to keep me going until dinner. The fruit was fresh and the peanut butter was the perfect amount for the whole bowl. The service was stupendous and I appreciated that he explained the different toppings they offered. The ambiance is chill and I definitely want to come back.“

“Love this location, A Brazilian skater named Felipe Gustavo owns this location, he has a bunch of skate boards hanging on the wall and typically has some skating events playing on the TV’s .Acai republic is a great place to get a delicious snack or meal. I think the best way I found was to mix everything in the bowl before eating. I ordered whey protein added to the bowl and it's added in powder, so it's much better to mix it before eating. A good way to start off the morning or a good snack for later. The prices aren't that bad for this kind of thing. A few locations of this are around. It's got one in the Sunset Junction area with all the shops and everything. The bowls are the way to go. It's about $10 for an Açaí Bowl. This comes with bananas, berries, coconut, and granola. Basic toppings for a bowl. The other popular items include juices and smoothies. Also you can get a cup of fresh fruit. There's also snacks like protein bars and good stuff. Best place around here as far as the prices for açaí bowls. It's a pretty good portion. There's plenty to get for vegans and vegetarians.“

Both times I've gone, I ordered the medium chicken bowl. This last time, I also ordered the steamed veggies. As always, it was very delicious. You also cannot beat the price, it's always super reasonable. A lot of the time, they will offer their menu items as a special where you can get an even better deal. Came here on a Saturday evening for a light dinner and had the acai bowl, mushroom and cheese empanada, protein smoothie. Everything tasted fresh and I felt healthy after eating it all. The mushroom and cheese empanada was especially delicious. I appreciated how we could customize the toppings and there were items like goji berries and cacao nibs. The process was easy and the employees were friendly. Street parking. Credit cards accepted. I would recommend this place when you want a snack or a light meal that's healthy but still tastes good!“
