I have visited this restaurant many times before, and the food is so delicious that I crave it regularly. I would say it is the best Japanese izakaya-style restaurant I have ever been to. The staff are also very energetic and create a lively atmosphere. My favorite dishes are the sashimi, teppanyaki, and battera. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Loved everything we ordered especially the sushi… so fresh. The chirashi bowl so flavoursome and the broth of agedashi tofu just right! A bit disappointed with the change of corkage rule and missing out on orders etc. still will go

This place is about as legit as it gets for me. I spent a bit of time in Japan lusting over the food and I was skeptical I could find the same attention to detail in the US but here it is (at least to my western taste buds). Every dish has character. It can get busy so don't expect walk ins to always work out, there is bar seating too if you want to come as a single and be comfortable. The servers are great as well. About 4 items is a full meal.
