We were looking forward to trying a very local spot that has great ratings. We ordered the veggie pizza, and made the five minute drive to pick up directly. I opened up the box at home and was happy to see lots of vegetables, until I tried to pick up a slice. Nothing was sliced through, so after cutting and picking up a slice, the pizza bent completely over and everything slid off. The crust is soggy and lukewarm, and the vegetables are cold! We had to remove it from the box to heat and crisp it in the oven. After 20 minutes, it was STILL soggy. Very disappointed. The search for a good neighborhood pizza continues!

Always pleasant staff and very consistent quality of food. So much better than any of the chain pizza places there's no comparison. Prices are very reasonable!

Excellent experience right down to the delivery! So glad we decided to give this place a try. The pizza was excellent and heartily delicious, so was the meatball sub and fresh crisp salad. Price wise...this place is hard to beat! Definitely recommend!

This review is long over due - even from my recent review from last month. (And disclaimer it will be long too) We got this meal after trying their pizza by the slice and O M G this place officially took me away from all the other local commercialized pizza spots. The food was amazing, so flavorful that we actually didn't have any leftovers between my little family like we normally do. I thought there wasn't enough sauce on the spaghetti but it was perfectly portioned and we used the extra Mariana sauce to dip the garlic bread and it was like eating another pizza. Idk if they make their meatball and Mariana sauce by scratch in house, but it honestly tastes like it- like homemade mouth watering goodness. The service is always friendly and it's one of the main reasons I made it a point to leave my second review today. I had a short lunch today and called in to see if there was pepperoni slice available and ready, the person who answered the phone was polite and let me know there was only one left. He was so courteous to hold it for me as I told him I'm only 3 minutes away. When I arrived, there was 2-3 people ahead of me but it didn't take long and the pizza was still warm! I literally finished the slice before I even parked my car back at home. IDK how the crust could taste even better. It was crunchy at the first bite, but still had so much fluffy softness in the middle. You can see all the herbs in the sauce bread and cheese and every bite was still so flavorful. Next time I come for lunch I'm going to get two slices 'cause once you have one you really do want another one even if you're satiated My husband usually goes inside to pick up the order, but this time I went inside. The aesthetic of the place really makes it feel welcoming and like home. It's small, but still good. I saw that they sell merch for their business- it's hanging on the wall- and there's a sign that says 5% off your order if you come in wearing the shirt. Their menu is handwritten with chalk and it gave me a sense of old school goodness which stood apart from the electronic, TV like, signs we now have in most places. They have a cool LED pizza sign that I wish I took a picture of. And I found out they have a meatball sub too! Overall, this place found a new loyal customer. You might see another review soon for their meatball sub, haha

Jack's Pizza..a definite stable for locals. My daughter loves their pizza, so she goes once awhile when she has to stay late at school. Been here a few times, and service is friendly. A small place, and kids from the area like them. I always get a sausage and bell pepper pizza, and daughter gets pineapple...sorry Not a fan of that on My pizza. Jack's is good, so try it if you're ever in the area.

I started coming here about 4 months ago when I moved into the neighborhood. Initially for a quick slice on the go with one of my kids. Now pretty consistently getting a pie weekly. I’ve made some difficult requests and they have come through. Very good and affordable Pizza for LA. I definitely recommend!Parking: Tons of parking right outside. I usually get the spot right in front.Kid-friendliness: I bring my 1.5 year old with me and they always help accommodate to make it easy for us.

I used to go here EVERY Friday night with a friend. Great prices, super friendly service (definitely can get the sense of family owned) and the dough / sauce, I can't tell you how they do it, but just try it. Even a basic pepperoni pizza is mouthwatering . Top quality.

I work in the shopping area that Jacks pizza is at. They are so friendly and genuine, I've never had a negative encounter here. There was a long wait for pizza and they offered to walk it over to our building. They are committed to having a service oriented business, and are doing a great job. Plus, the large roast beef sandwich is the best I've had lol
