A true GEM! A proper diner, complete with very tight limited parking (caution!). I didn't expect to find huevos rancheros in a cafe in Connecticut, but there is a large community of Latinos in Stamford and it seemed most appropriate to see their selections on their menu. Black beans and sour cream with channels was spot on. It's funny when you think about it giving a place five stars comes from different reasons sometimes it's because as humans were biased and it's a place we like or somebody we know works there or maybe owns it so we try to help our friends out or people we know out. This place is none of those, I happened to stumble across Chef's Diner looking through Google for a place to eat and found an amazing Secret little diner that serves amazing food with large quantities for great prices....read full review
