“This is the closest NY pizza you're going to get in South Florida. I've tried numerous spots spanning from Miami to Boca to West Palm and have only been let down. Paul is a stand up guy and knows how to fold the dough properly. Staff is incredibly warm and helpful. Sauce is good, but I prefer a touch more salt. I will keep coming back for sure!“

“If I could give Luca Osteria 10 stars I would!! I first found this place from a food blogger on instagram and I am so glad I did. First thing you must make a reservation before going because there is limited seating and this place is always full. We didn't have a reservation and the hostess was so helpful to get us a spot at the bar. The manager saw that we felt very crowded at the bar so they were able to give us a table for two. Even though it's a little smaller inside, the restaurant is so beautiful and classy. We had the perfect date night. We started with a couple appetizers the patate frite and the Local Stracciattella. The patate frite was so perfectly crispy and creamy with the sharp flavor of the truffle. The creamy Stracciattella with the crispy bread was the best combo. For our entree we ordered the short rib bolognese with fresh pappardelle pasta. Now I don't usually order the bolognese, it's usually just basic flavors but I truly enjoyed this one thanks to the short ribs. My husband ordered a pasta with bucatini pasta that was delicious too. We were so full from this lovely meal but we had to try a dessert. We were recommended to ordered the Pistachio Semifreddo, it was very different. It was sweet and salty and the chocolate ganache was so perfect. One thing I really appreciated from this restaurant was the employees they were so attentive and after every single meal they cleaned and wiped down our table. I have never seen that before at any restaurant even the fanciest expensive places don't even do that for you. We can't wait to go back and try new items on the menu. And I will recommend this place to anyone that's in Coral Gables. And if you ever need anything, ask the manager JJ.“

“Delicious Italian food on south beach. We ordered the brocollini, buratta, the mecchialina pasta and the gnocci. All was the food was excellent.We sat at on the patio which was recently opened and has a buz. I loved their jazzy hip hop playlist (Common, Jurassic 5, Dr Octagon, Pharcyde)We were initially a little disappointed after turning up early and still having to wait 30mins after our reservation time before getting a table. “We made a reservation for our Anniversary (24-02-18) after looking at some online reviews in the area we were staying in Miami. SO happy we chose here to celebrate our anniversary! The atmosphere was very inviting, busy yet flowing with a full dining room. Our waiter Andreu was very welcoming asking us if we were there for a special occasion. With our anniversary he provided us each with a glass of champagne! He explained the dinner specials and even brought us a taste of one of the appetizers called Fiocchi Rapers – filled pasta with cheese and pear, with crispy prosciutto and creamy truffle sauce. Our waiter recommended wine pairing, which were spot on. The inly issued was the main course, which arrived 40 minutes after the appetizers. It was meh, especially for a $50 puece of meat. “Gnocchi Alfredo, the dish is simple but the sauce makes up for it I can taste the garlic and you don't need extra cheese it's made to perfection. This is my 3rd time trying this place and 2 of those times I ordered the pizza I recommend trying it just once or maybe for a lifetime. The environment here is welcoming, food isn't overly priced, and it's clean! Also I see the same cook here over and over which means dedications.“

“I’m rating 4 stars because I don’t want to bring down the rating of the restaurant but I hope the manager or owner reads this review and fixes the problems. This restaurant has the perfect location and the pizza is amazing, which is the reason why continue to go regardless of the bad service. Which is what I wanted to bring attention to. Every time I go I don’t feel welcome, the waiter/waitresses make it obvious that they don’t want to be there, and lack knowledge regarding Italian food. I’ve had the waitress come back after 15 minutes of ordering because she forgot our order even though the restaurant was empty. Living in brickell, we also went once to the restaurant an hour and a half before closing, I understand the people working want to go home, but they start cleaning up the restaurant and putting all chairs up while we’re still eating, making us feel pressured to leave. They even want to take away our plate while we’re on our last slice of pizza. We keep coming back because we are locals and the food is awesome. But I think a more enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and respectful staff would bring more costumer around the city. We’ve gone multiple times at night so I’m not sure if in the morning it’s a different environment and staff.“

“I had never been to Mosaico and booked a reservation for 4 at the bar, assuming it was a high top. Upon arriving, I ran into a friend who joined us, making it a party of 5. When we realized it was not a high top but was at the actual bar, which was lovely, the manager worked with us to get us a table as soon as possible and offered us a round of drinks and send over two appetizers. The bartender was great, the drinks were delicious and so were the appetizers. We made it to a table and the manger continued to check in on our group. In my note for the reservation I added, “teachers after a long week” and he shared his respect for teachers, as he was once married to one. Fresh ingredients, attention to detail and a caring staff will have me coming back again! Thank you again for a wonderful night!“
