My wife and I recently had dinner at Bugatti Bistro in Coral Gables, Florida, using gift cards from my brother-in-law. It's been a favorite spot of ours for years, so we were excited to visit again, especially on a Wednesday night--known for their famous lasagna. We made reservations, which turned out to be a good call since the place was pretty packed. Our server, Pablo, was friendly and helpful, walking us through the specials and making some great suggestions. My wife went for the lasagna, a dish that's become a Wednesday tradition due to its popularity. And it totally lived up to the hype--layers of meat, pasta, and cheese, with sauce on the side. I opted for the risotto with shrimp and Italian sausage, and it was just as good. For dessert, we shared the house-made ricotta cheesecake with raspberry sauce, which was a sweet ending to our meal. We washed it all down with Bugatti's house Chianti and Montepulciano wines, both of which were solid choices. We enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to save one of our gift cards for another visit. One of the best things about Bugatti Bistro is that you get excellent food and service without breaking the bank. It's definitely a place we'll keep coming back to.

Always want to get a booth but they seem to hold them for parties of 4. Their Wednesday special lasagna is the best, tasty and the sauce is delicious. Their Bianca salad is exquisite. The bread is good. We shared tonight a Branzino special which was very good but would have been better if the dish could have been split between us in the kitchen. The cappuccino on point ! This is a good restaurant.

The first thing that gave me a bad vibe was the wine glasses still had water in them. When we requested different glasses it took a while but they were dry. My wife ordered the carpaccio which was bland and really had no taste. She also ordered the lasagna which was very salty. Another person in our party felt the same way about his order. I ordered the dinner size Caesar salad which was soggy and bland. Wednesday is supposed to be the lasagna day, but I'll pass. Server was friendly and helpful. I hoped for a better experience.

My recent dining experience at Bugatti Bistro was a true culinary delight, offering a trifecta of Italian classics: pasta, wine, and dessert.First and foremost, the Italian pasta served was a masterpiece. Each dish boasted perfectly cooked pasta paired with mouthwatering sauces that danced on the palate. Whether indulging in a creamy carbonara or savoring a rich bolognese, every bite was a testament to the chef's mastery of Italian cuisine.Accompanying the delectable pasta was a selection of fine wines that perfectly complemented the flavors of each dish. From robust reds to crisp whites, the wine list at [Restaurant Name] showcased a curated selection that elevated the dining experience to new heights. To top off the meal, I had the pleasure of indulging in their apple pie, a true crowd-pleaser. The flaky crust enveloped tender slices of apple, delicately spiced and served with a dollop of freshly whipped cream. It was the perfect ending to an already impeccable dining experience.

Honestly, I am not sure who wrote all the positive reviews or who dared to embellish with multi star ratings. This may be the worst of the self proclaimed Italian restaurants I have been to in the last 5 decades. The linguini fruti di mare was a disgusting slop that smelled bad and there was barely any seafood save two decent sized shrimp, and it tasted worse than it looked and smelled. The lobster ravioli was equally unavailing, not fully cooked, was a far cry from Maine lobster "filled" and had a generic lobster bisque soup cream on top.

Being in the food and beverage business pretty much all my life the most important thing to me personally is consistency. Bugatti's this wonderful restaurant here in Coral Gables amplifies just that perfect from the first time in 1989 to just the other night. Amazing service great wonderful, consistent food always a pleasure. Thank you Bugatti.

Mmmm

Burgatti's is a very good, known quantity. Food is very goood - pastas are really their specialty. Chicken saltimbocca was okay, not special. Penne funghi excellent. taglietelle carbonara very good. Their toast is the best.

Amazing food and service. We had a table of 10 and all our food came out correctly and quickly. The waiter was super attending to all our needs. The restaurant doesn't get very loud either! Extremely happy with my first visit here and can't wait to be back.

My husband and I were looking forward to having dinner at this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and were not at all impressed. The food and service were ok. However, the ambiance is nice. The prices are a bit high for the quality of the food. We will definitely not be going back to this place.

Old Faithful! This is how we refer to Bugatti. I've been going there for over 20 years. Never had a bad meal or bad service. The waitstaff have all been there for 20 years. The manager who I think used to be a server, is absolutely amazing. I watched him last night. I was alone sitting by the door. He welcomes every customer coming in by name. It's kind of like cafe Abbraci used to be. The food is always excellent. I tried a new dish last night. The spinach and cheese tortellini and the Bugatti salad. And of course the bread! It was so good. We usually go to Bugatti after a hurricane because they're one of the only restaurants open and even in the chaos they're still consistent. They're always so nice. Even the gentleman who brings the bread and water is so sweet and has been there for years. You can never go wrong at Bugatti.
