the music playing over the speaker system is EXTREMELY AND ANNOYINGLY LOUD, so loud and distracting that it's hard to even think let alone have a conversation & on top of that the bass is distorted and blown out, probably as a result of the way the music is being played so damn loud, so it'd be great if you could turn it down to a normal volume, i mean, unless you hate your customers, thanks, other than that everything else is great, no issues with the staff, or the service, or the food, it's just the LOUD MUSIC. (*btw i like the music, it's just the volume is too loud*)

The manager Daniel Thomas refuse to make my (cold) fries fresh claiming they close in 20 mins in reality they close in 50 mins…. Sad. Horrible Customer Service i asked for my money back . I used to Love This

I never ate at this burger King. I'm trying to type this with the black-eyed peas song I like playing. Anyway, I ordered the bk big fish combo and the Buffalo chicken nuggets. I'll eat without the bun as no gluten-free bun option on the kiosk. The nuggets are breaded, and so are the onion rings. Hopefully, they'll have gluten-free batter as well. overall good

Order to meals they forgot to put the extra Hashbrowns then my coffee had no sugar. It was pure coffee and I had to ask them for my missing items then to top it off my burrito. The ham was cold and they forgot the straws so

Today, I stopped for breakfast. The app told me that the store was offline, so I was unable to place my order ahead of time. I went inside and ordered on the kiosk, a fully loaded croissan'wich. While waiting, the server told me that they were out of croissants but had biscuits. I asked for a refund because that is not what I wanted. She was surprised and didn't know what to do. I am guessing he was the manager on duty. The gentleman came by and told her it was okay and handled the refund.

I'm tired of the fact that every time I order online, 3 out of 4 orders are canceled after making you wait a while, the place and the service are disgusting, if they are not going to prepare the orders, they will not accept them.

Every time I go shopping I lose money because something is always missing. For example, today I went shopping and asked for the mozzarella sticks and they didn't give them to me. I lost money on other occasions, they didn't give me the potatoes or sauces. As soon as I got home I started calling the store and no one answered.

Less the 1 star!!! As a Gables resident the service at this location is concerning. The last time I was there I ordered a cheeseburger with onions, it took them 3 cheeseburgers before they got my order right. They tossed 3 cheeseburgers infront of me before I got what i wanted. This morning my husband drove by picked up a chicken sandwich and a whooper. Chicken was not cooked completely which poses a health threat. I wonder who manages this store? It is digustingly dirty, staff is uncaring and just like I told the kid at window the day of the cheeseburgers if you guys dont care for your jobs you will soon shut down this store. Maybe we should start reporting incidents of this store to dirty dining and maybe then they will pay attention to the complaints being posted. We wont be back anytime soon. But its infuriating to have to drive 2 or 3 miles to another store when we live 4 blocks away from this one. The home of the whooper no more, sad it will soon vanish.
