Did not eat here for brunch but instead had dinner indoors one evening. Food was quite tasty, as were the cocktails. We devoured multiple complimentary bread baskets. The Biltmore is obviously beautiful. The outdoor seating of the restaurant looked to be very neat, but we elected to sit inside given the heat, which had a less impressive atmosphere. Service was less than ideal given the overall price of the experience. Was nice to try one time but likely will not return.

The restaurant is in a nice setting but the veranda/patio area needs attention. Dead plants and dirty floors catch the eye. The silverware and glassware need a good cleaning - I had to clean both wine glasses before we could take a sip. The menu is uninspiring for lunch with only one fish option which was salmon rather than something local. The food itself was fine, but nothing more than that. Service was decent but with no enthusiasm. We were celebrating a birthday, and a slice of lemon meringue pie was presented on a plate with a candle which was nice. With 2 entrees, 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 coffees, the meal came to $125. Valet at $29 took it over the top and we will not return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in the courtyard -mostly because of the wonderful ambiance! We were able to have conversation without shouting, and the setting was just perfect. The service was good, but not stupendous. The food was good, but the Branzino was a bit mushy and was definitely not the best I've had in Miami. Desserts were wonderful, and special attention was given to our multiple celebrations! Overall, it was a wonderful evening!

We received excellent service and food. It was a busy Friday night, but we did not have to wait long for items to arrive. The portions of appetizers were big enough for sharing. Everything was delicious and looked beautiful. Dover sole special was excellent. It cost $70. Waiters should tell patrons the price of the specials or there can be a menu insert with prices listed.

We celebrated a milestone birthday with brunch at the Biltmore and our meal and experience were excellent. Our servers Ileana and Guillermo made our visit so special.

The Biltmore itself is spectacular and the service was top notch however the food itself was disappointing. The OJ was sour, the lemon ricotta pancakes were dry and the Huevos Rancheros was average. I expected more for premium prices!

I have lived in Miami my whole life. I can't believe I have not been to the Fontana before. I stayed at the Biltmore for my anniversary and had dinner reservations for their restaurant. Everyone greeted me with Happy Anniversary. They were professional and pleasant. The food was fantastic.

We went with friends after matinee at the theater. It took 17 minutes to get water on the table, yet the restaurant wasn't busy as we were the first customers there. My lentil soup was over salted and lukewarm. My meatball appetizer was tough and lukewarm, as if it had been a leftover warmed up in a microwave. Tomato bruschetta my husband ordered had toasts that he could't bite into nor cut with a knife. Each piece had a single grape tomato. A disaster of a bruschetta. His chicken parm was good. This wasn't our first time at this restaurant, but definitely our last.

Table not ready at time of reservatiom. VERY slow service. It took over one hour to get our entree. Manager apologized and said meal would come in 6 minutes. It didn't. When we finally got our meal, it wasn't hot. Food was very bland. Not a luxury experience at a luxury price point.

Very beautiful setting, but service is horrible. Very disorganized staff structure. Half the meals were sent back as overcooked or dry. The staff seem overworked and unfriendly. Very expensive for very less than average food. Very disappointed.

Overall good experience but service leaves a lot to be desired. We had to ask for small plates, water. We practically served our own wine through the evening. Outdoor patio is very nice. Food was good not amazing but good

Last night we celebrated our wedding anniversary in the beautiful courtyard of the Fontana Restaurant at The Biltmore Hotel. My food was a masterpiece of perfection — beef tips with cremini mushrooms and cipollini onions in a demi-glace sauce. Au gratin potatoes were on the side. Everything was outstanding.

This is such a lovely place to eat! Our server Michael-Anne was terrific and our order was not only taken quickly but also arrived quickly. The atmosphere can't be beat with the beautiful lights and music at night. Dessert was amazing. We've eaten here before and it is consistently good.
