No alternative milk while all other branches always offer at least oat milk or soy milk. Also the whole store suffer for sewage leakage horrible odor. Which I honestly can’t fathom how sewage is a good marketing for ice cream. Not to mention the health possible implications for the workers and the clients.

We ordered an ice cream prepared with fruits, apparently they had it put in a refrigerator and it arrived completely frozen, I have waited 30 hours for the fruits that the ice cream contains to defrost, to advance the work they should not do it like this, this is a type of ice cream that is prepared at the moment.

We were waiting outside since 9am and at 11 when it finally was open the lady that worked there said she had to walk out and it be back laterThat was so rude and inappropriate she could of at least serve our orderIm sorry but she did leave she had her purse. No alarm was ringing

Unbelievable!! I have a cake order that I made a week in advance, is 11:15 am and the store is closed. I am not the only one waiting outside for the store to open. What a way of doing business .

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. I came in at 10:20 and asked for a cookies and cream milkshake and our server krisley was super rude. She said they closed in 5 minutes but google says they close at 11pm. She said all the machines were shut off so I was forced so get something else. Makes no sense to me since the door was opened. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Go somewhere else.

This place is extremely overpriced. I got one small scoop of ice cream with sprinkles which totaled to $10 after tipping $1. You’re better off buying a pint at Publix.

They are understaffed. We ordered a dazzler Sundae and received a half sized sloppy version, which we did not accept and 1 smoothie. There was a homeless man inside yelling and going up to customers asking for money. We were all very uncomfortable. They staff takes so long to make anything the other customers just left.I hope they get better staff who at least pretend to loke their job and attempt to provide good customer service.The uce cream is good, but the service is NOT!

Multiple times I’ve come before 11 PM, the time it says in google that they close and they’ve already been closed with the employees inside cleaning.I don’t understand why the closing time won’t update on google if they just close earlier…..
