This izakaya is perfect. Amazing curry, gyoza, karaage, tamagoyaki, umeshu, everything. Best Japanese food I've had in the states, and best gyoza I've had in my LIFE. Tons of specials written on the wall, all good prices. Ignore bad reviews about the service: if you need something, don't wait for your server - just call them over. ごちそうさまでした!

Not gonna lie.. One of the reasons we fly out from the Caribbean to go to Miami. We love everything from this place.. Food bussinn....Staff always friendly and helpful. We can wait to be there again. If you cant fly to Japan for food just come here.
we always come here when we don’t want to think about what to eat. This is a solid homey spot in the gables for sushi. It’s hard to find really good Japanese spots without spending a fortune so I’m so grateful to have found this beloved mom and pop shop! You can tell a lot of regulars come by.I love the soba noodles, the hand rolls, and their soups are shockingly good.
