The Capital Burger in RTC unleashed a burger so well-seasoned, even my taste buds started a standing ovation. My patty was cooked to perfection--I haven't seen this level of culinary wizardry since my microwave learned to defrost. The smoked Gouda cheese fries? They're on a first-name basis with extraterrestrials, that's how out of this world they are. Sean, the bartender, not only crafts drinks but could probably negotiate world peace with an Expresso martini in hand. This place is so beautiful; I'm considering bringing a sketch artist next time. Outstanding food, stellar service--it's like the restaurant hired food ninjas and service wizards. Capital Burger, you're the Michelangelo of the culinary canvas!
