“Excellent meal and dining experience. My wife and I really miss the old Shula’s 347 and have been waiting for a new go-to restaurant to open in the South Miami/Pinecrest area. We found it…in the same location. The Caesar salad and [not so] spicy tuna tartare were an excellent start complemented by the roasted chicken dish with broccolini on the side. Each plate was as good or better than the last, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was terrific. We even had an unexpected Chef Jeremy Ford sighting as he presented a beautiful Tomahawk Ribeye to a neighboring table. Can’t wait to go back!”
“What a wonderful experience! It is truly a "hidden gem" that is ideal for foodies. The location is small and intimate, but the tables are far enough apart that you don't feel like you're eavesdropping on your neighbors. The menu choices are creative and made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the bing bread, bao, wonton in brodo, steak and a gnocchi type dish (I don't recall the name). They told us their menu changes frequently, so we can go more often and try new things. Their wine recommendation was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!Parking: We had an early reservation so it was easy to find street parking. There is a garage nearby, but I didn't notice the cost.”

“We’ve hosted multiple work and personal events here and love it. Finally, taking the time to write a long-time-coming review because they went above and beyond expectations, even beyond their usual excellent service. We were planning on hosting a wedding welcome cocktail outdoor at the brewery. The weather turned for the worse and Nick and Kelly quickly arranged for us to use Threefold Cafe instead. We were able to have a beautiful, intimate, private event at the cafe. The bride and groom could not have been happier and the out-of-town guests had an amazing time. The beer and wine selection was perfect. Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and warm. I could not recommend them more 10/10.”

“From Boston, short vacation and was really impressed with this new restaurant. We don't have anything like it in Boston. Menu was overwhelming for someone like me although I have been to Peruvian Ceviche places before but this was terrific Thank goodness we had a waiter who was patient and explained it all and although many of our questions may have frustrated him, he took the time to see what we liked and guided us perfectly. The enviroment was large but really interesting and cool. Just wish they open one of these in Boston, it would be a big success Highly recommend the experience”

“Had a great date night with a friend. It was our first time there. A shout out to Dennis our waitperson. He was engaging, prompt, and knew that line between being present to speak to our needs without being overbearing. We really enjoyed meeting him. This is another one of Olympia's upscale restaurants. You're greeted with a lot of noise as you enter. The acoustics shoot a lot of patron noise to the front door so be sure to sit on the raised platform near the bar or in the second room of you want a quieter experience. I had the fish and chips and my friend had the chicken pot pie. Both were very good. You'd think living in the Pacific NW good fish and chips would be served at most restaurants. Nope. It's almost always prepared with too heavy a batter. Uptown Grill crafted a delicious version that was breaded just right and fried to perfection. The chicken pot pie looked delicious and my friend said it was very good.The one negative element was my martini. I asked for a dirty martini with a twist of lemon and olives. The drink was fine but the presentation was lacking. One olive and a twist dropped into the glass. If they charge 12 bucks for a drink I'd hope they'd craft its appearance to match the cost. Didn't stop me from ordering second, though. I was thirsty!!”

Of course, not the college bar prices. I can't speak to what it's normally like as I came Saturday mid day to watch a game and then again yesterday around the same time, but the vibe was really fun! Service was a bit slow to get a drink, but it was pretty packed. I tried the " Award Winning Wings" as well. $16 for 10 and we did 5 Asian style and 5 lemon pepper. Pretty good!”

Excellent dishes as we used only small plates but the mussels were outstanding and so were the tuna tostones and croque Mamey plates ordered.
