“Excellent Food - love the Spring Menu, the restaurant music was up a little higher than usual and the waitstaff were less attentive and responsive than we normally find them. Not busy at all . This is our "go to" choice and we were joined by 4 friends visiting from out of town....“

“Wow! What a wonderful place to visit in Miami. I saw the owner, Mika, on a few cooking shows and had to go to her restaurant after seeing how good her food was! I was not disappointed either, the food was delicious, atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was super nice. I would recommend checking this place out if you ever get the chance because the food will make your taste buds and your tummy happy. I'd recommend the appetizer sampler and the Vaca frita sandwich. Both were amazing! I will be visiting this place when I come back to Miami, and hopefully Mika will be there so I can tell her personally how great her recipes are!“

“Arguably some of Miamis best pizza which is shocking considering it's vegan. The crispy crust is absolutely not to be messed with. I personally don't care for pizza at all but will happily munch down on my boyfriends whenever he orders from here. Have not dined in but heard the owner is as nice as can be :)“

“6:30 dinner reservations- restaurant was empty but it quickly filled up with patrons, peaking at 7:30 with mostly locals. Ordered a bottle of a nice Barolo and appetizers: beef carpaccio and potato leek soup, both outstanding. Main course was veal piccata and red snapper in parchment bag, both delicious. Profiteroles for dessert. Overall, food was great. Ambience and noise level nice as well. Only criticism is that several of the waiters would stand near the door and audibly chat about personal stuff, constantly! Not consistent with the ambiance.“

“In the heart of coconut grove, The Last Carrot is a local community gem. I’ve been for their freshly made juices hundreds of times, my go-to’s are the Mixed Veggie Juice and the Green Juice. They also have delicious and healthy options for lunch- their Pita’s are my favorite. This is the most down to earth, kind and not pretentious, health foods store I’ve been to in Miami. Thank you to the staff for the welcoming environment and swift service, always.Parking: Many people walk here so they usually have at least 3-4 spots available for parking throughout the day!“

“Honestly love this place! Great ambiance, great staff (shoutout to Ana!), and amazing food. My go to lunch spot. The reusable bowls and incentives to remember to bring it are something I haven't seen before, but love both the perk and the fact that I'm reducing waste from food! Can't recommend it enough. Pick up a Sesame street bowl while you can and get a free toping every time you come back!“

“I LOVE Miami's Best Pizza. Been eating it since the late 1970s. I don't think it tastes quite the same as when they were in their original location. The crust has gotten thinner (I prefer it thicker, chewier like it was), and the pizzas have gotten smaller :/ #thankspandemicinflation. The taste is still amazing but . . . the consistency is also off. Sometimes it's just too dark, burnt spots on the bottom. IDK I think if you go too early, the ovens are still too hot? #speculation ANYHOW. I LOVE it. It tastes amazing regardless. The Staff is friendly and it feels like the old place with the arch and the window and the color scheme. If it didn't make me fat, I'd eat it all the time. Mmmmmm pepperoni pizza grease! The garlic pizza cut in squares is the bomb!Parking: Drive past and pull in on the right for free parking (spaces are marked ("Miami's Best Parking Space")“

“Sushi Snob here! This is probably the best Sushi in Miami!!! Just get the Honey Shrimp appetizer (the sauce on this is crazy good), the Lobster Butter Roll (OMG!!) and the Hamachi Roll, don't try to share, get your own, the portions are good but you won't want to share, everything on the menu is diverse and well thought out, I have been here multiple times and never disappoints. Service is on point and owners are on premise to make sure everything is top notch. Great for date night and families. Enjoy!!!“

“Discover this phenomenal sushi restaurant located in Coral Way in Coral Gables, the decoration is so vibrant displaying a unique decor in every corner. The wall art and the figurines in the wall are fantastic too. The chairs are all different and the ambiance is very welcoming as well as the lighting, the venue has a lot of space and also offers outdoors seating. I loved the menu because it features photos, description and an interactive menu presented in a tablet with many choices including Latin/fusion dishes, signature rolls, sushi for big groups hot/cold teas, desserts and much more... I ordered the Marlenita and Santori signature rolls and they didn't disappoint. The pieces had a generous amounts of salmon, avocado and it was were perfectly prepared and crafted. I really loved each piece and the presentation was on point. I appreciate Esteban exceptional customer service. He was hospitable, attentive, and very professional. I will definitely return to try the signature bowls and eat more edamame!! Ps. The ice cream was soft, the Nutella made every bite delightful“

“The Hog Fish ? was wonderful, we got it half fried and half baked/broiled which I thought was weird, yet both ways were delicious. The waiter made good recommendations and was very attentive making sure we had our wine poured and water glasses full. I have a restricted diet and the waiter made great recommendations to work with me and was very accommodating. The wine we chose (Flowers Chardonnay) was fresh, crisp and paired well with our meals at a realistic price ($79) for the quality. The only bad experience was the first impression. I made reservations and confirmed I did through the Ooen Table app and email for 2 people. The Maite de and hostess said it was for 6 people and I showed him it was for 2 and he said I changed it?? I was like so can you seat us or not? They never said welcome or any nice greeting other than the accusation! Then the hostess started walking with 2 menus towards the table to seat us, yet never asked us to follow. It was weird and a big out off compared to the rest of the experience. Thank God for the good food and friendly waiter!!“

“The atmosphere and the service were on point. Unfortunately the food was not. The salmon tacos were a disappointment even though the server recommended them. The lime-cabbage "salad" was minuscule and hidden under the salmon which was lacking in flavor. The salmon portions were a good size. Where were the cilantro, jalapeños, avocado, as listed on the description? The salsa portion was gone in two bites. I remember going to Mariposa when it first opened and it was exquisite. It wasn't close to that during my visit. They were out of decaf coffee? Really?“

“This place is fantastic!! Real Mexican food according to some Mexican friends.I had the enmoladas. They were delicious. Some friends ate the Don Guillermo and the meat was simply cooked the way they wanted, exquisite!!!The salsa verde for the chips, the different moles are to die for. Their margaritas are great, not watery, you feel the alcoholic content of good tequila and other liquors in them. The waiters are so polite, always ready to explain the menu. José was the one taking care of our table. He answered ALL our questions about mezcal, and had the gesture of gifting us with shots of mezcal with tajín, and an orange wedge. That was out of this world... way better than tequila shots. Try the tajín even with tequila shots, that mix of salt, spices and "pique" is wonderful for your taste buds.I love the white winged pigs that hang from the ceiling!!!“

“@thezerolifeproject The crepe game is strong at Stephanie's Crepes. This is what they are dedicated to and what they excel at. The menu is rich with a variety of sweet and savory crepes. It has a unique fruity flavor that is incredibly refreshing. The service is incredibly efficient. You order your food at the counter, and then it is brought out with lightning speed. “Went for lunch with some friends and had the empanadas, sushi rolls, and drinks. The CAPRESE empanada is delicious, definitely a must have if you love cheese and tomato. I had the white sangria which was alright, too sweet for my preference and only had apples in it which is odd. Out of the four sushi rolls we had the must have is the HUANCAINA roll. Another solid roll was the TIGER roll. TUNA TARTAR roll had a great flavor as well. The lest favorite was the VOLCANO, it was cold and I was expecting more of that warmth, smokiness, and crunch you get in a traditional volcano roll. Parking is hell. Coral gables has gotten wild with the parking situation. The restaurant was empty when we went which worked for us. We sat outside and it was well kept. Our server Claudia was very kind and informative. Would be back for the empanadas and sushi, but not the drinks.“

The only thing my family and I were disappointed about was that they may have changed the ice cream. We love your Haagen Dazs vanilla ice cream, but this time there was a different kind of vanilla ice cream with our dessert and it was okay, but it does not compare with your Haagen Dazs...it's one of our favorite! “If I could give Luca Osteria 10 stars I would!! I first found this place from a food blogger on instagram and I am so glad I did. First thing you must make a reservation before going because there is limited seating and this place is always full. We didn't have a reservation and the hostess was so helpful to get us a spot at the bar. The manager saw that we felt very crowded at the bar so they were able to give us a table for two. Even though it's a little smaller inside, the restaurant is so beautiful and classy. We had the perfect date night. We started with a couple appetizers the patate frite and the Local Stracciattella. The patate frite was so perfectly crispy and creamy with the sharp flavor of the truffle. The creamy Stracciattella with the crispy bread was the best combo. For our entree we ordered the short rib bolognese with fresh pappardelle pasta. Now I don't usually order the bolognese, it's usually just basic flavors but I truly enjoyed this one thanks to the short ribs. My husband ordered a pasta with bucatini pasta that was delicious too. We were so full from this lovely meal but we had to try a dessert. We were recommended to ordered the Pistachio Semifreddo, it was very different. It was sweet and salty and the chocolate ganache was so perfect. One thing I really appreciated from this restaurant was the employees they were so attentive and after every single meal they cleaned and wiped down our table. I have never seen that before at any restaurant even the fanciest expensive places don't even do that for you. We can't wait to go back and try new items on the menu. And I will recommend this place to anyone that's in Coral Gables. And if you ever need anything, ask the manager JJ.“
