A light sleeper may sense the train passing through in early morning. Also there are not many good restaurants within walking distance.“

“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I've never been a fan of session meads but literally every single one of them (they call them serums) were amazing. Lightly carbonated and ranging from dry-semi-sweet there was something for everyone. The staff was very warm and welcoming and answered all of our questions. If you're a mead or cider fan, you must try them. Nothing disappointing about anything we tried. Definitely of my new favorites. The owners are incredibly nice and I love supporting passionate small business owners. Would recommend 10 out of 10.“

Pretty good wine list, all types of quiches and escargot. I saw steak tartare on the menu and I was sold. I ordered it the day prior. This was the first in a long time I was excited about eating somewhere new. We ordered the Swiss cheese and champignon escargot, steak tartare and entrecot w/ frites. Everything was delicious. I think that if the prices were more competitive they would not be able to cope!!! A dessert menu is urgently needed. The chimichurri is incredibly good. The empanadas are very delicious but I think the flank (empty) ones have good flavor but not good appearance, a less shredded cut of the meat would be better.“

“Absolutely fantastic experience at 52 Seasons Fort Lauderdale. My friends and I were celebrating my graduation and had a blast. The food and cocktails were amazing and the ambiance was spot on. Our server Trevor made our experience incredible and masterfully handled our 11 person table (with different people arriving at different times) with ease and made our experience incredible. He explained every one of the desserts and answered every question we had about the food. My steak and asparagus was cooked to perfection. The lamb was not too gamey and perfectly savory. 5 stars across the board for this restaurant. Reasonably priced for the ambiance and food quality.“

“I was watching a food show and it had Chicago deep dish pizza. I really miss not having a deep dish for over 6 years. So, I search for a deep-dish pizza near me, and this restaurant came up. I had never been there. I called them and the manager that answered was very nice. I told them I was going to come and eat a pizza and he told me they make them fresh to order and it could take 45 minutes. So, I ask could I pre order and make a reservation they said no problem. We drove there and walk in they had a table setup and reserved there for us. We ever ordered the eggplant parmigiana. 10 minutes later they served us it was fantastic. The pizza had so much cheese and the crust were bake well. I love the pasta with the eggplant it was not grease. I did wish they would have a small dinner salad. But it was all great we look forward to coming back soon.“

Huge thank you to the owner for taking our large reservation. They were hesitant, understandably as it’s a cozy restaurant and they care a lot about the quality of their food so large parties can be hard to maintain a high standard with. But they exceeded our expectations and it was flawless! Our waiter was also very patient with the chaos of taking orders from 17 people and gave us multiple options and suggestions. “I will preface this review by saying I'm not typically a huge wine bar fan. However this wine bar is truly above all others I have visited. Tess greeted us with such kindness upon arrival. Then we were told they were doing a free tasting. During the tasting I was introduced to a fantastic, super smooth red wine. I ordered a glass of it and was very pleased with their pour size- they don't skimp. It is a very cozy atmosphere inside, but we opted to sit outside as it was a very pleasant evening. Tess even came over to our table after and gave us a bunch of recommendations for other good spots in the neighborhood. We will 100% be back. Can't wait to return and try other fantastic new wines.“

The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with flavor recommendations and make sure the coals were burning perfectly. The hookah flavors were top-notch, and they had an extensive menu to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the seafood salad bowl option. “I go to Il Mercato every time I’m in Hallandale (a few times a year). They never fail to deliver. Delicious Italian home cooked food. A very cozy interior or a small exterior courtyard dining. The wait staff have been with them since years and they are efficient, friendly and attentive.The food is always on the mark, delicious tomato sauce to accompany the dishes, fresh pasta for some of the plates.Be sure to ask about the daily menu. The three brothers in the kitchen work together with timing and they love cooking. “My husband treated me to a Mother’s Day staycation at the Hard Rock Hotel and surprised me with reservations at Capital Grille because of my love for steak. My experience here started off with a minor hiccup but Avi made sure to rectify the situation and he displayed above and beyond customer service. My steak (the dried age NY strip) was cooked to perfection, my husband ordered the chicken (he does not care for steak) and it was tender and delicious and we also tried the shrimp cocktail which was also amazing.I have always been in customer service and it is not always the good food that brings customers back, it is also how you treat them and Avi should be commended for his hospitality.“

From the moment we stepped in until the minute we left, we were treated exceptionally well. “Clearly the best Italian Restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, Cafe Vico compares with the best in Miami, Manhattan, Montreal or for that matter Milan. The food is subtle (try their unique pear & cheese pasta appetizer, which has an incredible walnut crème sauce) and traditionally tasty (try spaghetti with white clam sauce). Yes, spaghetti not linguini: our server Jakson steered us to one of the pastas made fresh that day. That's SERVICE. The team in the front of the house is as good as the kitchen in back; professional, polite, prompt and patron-focused: it's not a performance, it's dinner. A traditional white-table-cloth restaurante, Cafe Vico's atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable as your Aunt Rita's, if Rita has a first class wine cellar. The desert menu was long, so Jakson pointed to Crème Brulé and NY cheesecake: we recommend all three. Expect to pay what it costs to get the best, you'll get better (with all the extras).
