The decor is very basic and we were able to talk with each other; unlike some places that play loud music. The menu has a wide variety to choose from. “Food is really good. I really like the chili chicken. It really isn’t that spicy…. It’s perfect for me but the real reason for my 5 star review is customer service. In a city where real customer service is long forgotten in comes Genesis. Every time I come here and interact with her I get reminded that great customer service in Miami is not completely extinct. Everyone here is nice but to me Genesis stands out. She will go above and beyond to accommodate any requests… always with asmile on her face. Thank you Genesis for being so caring and attentive… it’d be great to have more people like Genesis out there in Miami. He said they had a lot of these deli shop up north and that I needed to try the sandwich ? here.so we did, and it was very good. I definitely recommend you get one of the club sandwiches it goes a long way for the price.the tea was really good as well. Overall, I enjoyed the sandwich. “Rating based on a fast food restaurant. Great place for fast food fried chicken hamburguer is good and crunchy. Fries I preffer more crunch they are soft and could have salt. Order food is very quick they have a great system in place. The nuggets is real chicken and not grounded which is great.“
