“Everything was very good, my wife and I celebrated her birthday at Hawks Cay, she wanted a good steak and I wanted seafood they served both with excellence Our waiter was top notch! I will return when we visit the area again”

“We stayed on site for a business reward/ anniversary trip. The weather was not in our favor as the wind was strong. This cancelled our boating excursions and left us scrambling for what to do. Katie and Ramone were working the bar during our stay. They were excellent! The proximity to the lagoon made it very convenient and we learned new concoctions to put int our Hawks Cay Mixer Cups. We also took advantage of the excellent food offerings that allowed us to stay on site instead of dressing up for dinner.”

“This place was so great! We were visiting from Houston, TX and at Sombrero Beach for the day. Looked up “best ice cream in Marathon” and this place did not disappoint! Seriously some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had. The Key Lime Pie ice cream was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!”

“I did takeout. Great customer service, Amazing food. I had adobo ribs with refried beans,rice and salad,sooo good. Beef soup was amazing and the chicken tostada was delish. Gotta try the Horchata a milky rice drink with cinnamon. I'll be back.”

“Flew down for lunch last week. Staff at KMTH recommended this place so we tried it. We'll be back!!! Service was really good. Conch Chowder and Johnny Rambler with blackened Mahi were amazing! So was the Key Lime Pie. My new "hundred dollar hamburger" destination in the Keys. Looking forward to the next visit.”

“This place was phenomenal if I could give it a 20/10 I would. My bartender Sabby was exceptional and she’s so pretty and charming my Husband and I couldn’t stop laughing! Her hospitality is amazing. Everyone at the bar was treated so nice and kindly by her. I wanted something sweet so She recommended chocolate espresso martini , and it was mouth watering with a hint of orange. Ugh! Yummy! It’s my new favorite drink. My husband had the old cuban and it was absolutely tasty. We had the guava pineapple burnt ends and two coffee rub New York strips with goat cheese mashed potato’s ! I love their approach to AG and sourcing and seeking everything locally it genuinely makes my heart so happy for all small business and local farmers.”

“It felt like sitting on an exclusive deck of a spectacular cruise ship. There are both comfy seating areas, very classy wood and cushioned chairs and couches, with umbrellas... as well as table and chairs for more practical dining.We went there for breakfast as part of our stay at Grassy Flats resort. The food is excellent, just like Rhum House, same cooks, same chefs. It can get very overwhelmed with people in the morning, which is why I didn't give it a 5 for service. It isn't like they didn't try, but while we were there, they got a rush for breakfast and it took a while. The days we were able to order breakfast from the Rhum House, due to higher winds the service was excellent! The pictures come from our breakfast at Rhum House, but the menu is the same.The two most spectacular dishes for breakfast were a fruit tray that was so gorgeous to behold, and the yogurt bowl that was sprinkled with chocolate and honey. Avocado toast was excellent, so I heard (I'm gluten sensitive so I didn't get to try it). Coffee was good, and endless. Mai Tais were also available that day, as our favorite bartender was on duty and it wasn't too busy. It was well worth the deviation from our normal breakfast.On the day we had breakfast on the Palm Deck, it was too busy to ask for a Mai Tai, and the bartender on duty didn't know how to make them the same way. Food was a little slow, but they were slammed with one server on. The food quality was excellent.Vegetarian options: The fruit salad is to die for, as is the avocado toast see pictures. I believe there were also cereals (I can't eat them so I don't' know).Dietary restrictions: I am gluten sensitive and there were many options for me. Vegan and vegetarian needs can also be met.Kid-friendliness: We had our 2 year old nephew and he had a great time. They provided a smaller bowl of yogurt on request. We were able to walk the deck while waiting for our food. There is a lot to distract a little one with the views and the trees and birds nearby. They had high chairs easily accessible too.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking lot (though gravel) to huge elevator, to front door.”

“This place is by far the best for locals and visitors. We are visiting from Lewes De and I'm a full time bartender and the bartenders here are so friendly. Connie is absolutely amazing and Dave killed it during karaoke. Thank you for an amazing time while we are on vacation.”

“Had a good meal tonight. Ordered the broiled mahi. Very good but a very SMALL portion for what you pay. My son had the sirloin steak which he said was very good. Had key lime pie which was a bit on the sour side and more like a pudding. All in all was a good visit. Staff was good and accommodating.”

“Love this place! We’ve been coming here many times throughout the years and enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food! Our ONLY issue here has been one specific, rude waitress. Today was the 2nd time we’ve had her as our waitress. First time (last year) she attended our families, we noticed she was rude, but gave her the benefit of the doubt, figuring she was having a bad day. But today, she was being extremely rude, unprofessional and seemed annoyed. She treated our kids poorly and treated the adults like kids. I’d still recommend this place, but please be aware not to have TANIA as your waitress!”

“It was our first time eating there,,service was lacking a lot,,we had to ask for refills, she did leave a pitcher of water then. We ordered the lasagna dinner that comes with a side salad so we ordered another regular salad since we were splitting the meal. The side salad was pitiful, it came on a coffee saucer it looked like,the regular salad was a good size. For $24 the side salad should have been the same size as the extra salad. She brought our food and we sat there waiting on the bread,,,she comes back by and informed us bread was extra,,,really, I’ve never had a meal at any restaurant where you had to pay extra for bread, most will bring you more if you eat what they served you the first time. The upside was the lasagna was good.”

“Decent pizza with fast and friendly delivery. My only critique is that both the pizza and the crust needed a good bit of salt and the boxes came a bit crushed but delivery guy was very friendly and appreciative of our business. I would certainly order from here again.”

“From what we could tell there are three Mexican restaurants near Marathon. One was closed on Sunday. We tried to go to the one that appears to be a tiki bar and food truck. Nobody there but the tv was on. We decided to try this one even though the reviews weren't great. We were very glad we did. The servers were very nice and the food was great. I had the pork Al Pastor. It was a little different than I had before I'm a burrito but it was great. My wives chicken burrito was also very good. Give them a try”
