“My husband and I were looking for sushi spots and just so happened to stumble on Sushi by Bou and decided to take a chance and try their 17-course omakase experience. From the moment we walked in, there was so much energy and everyone from the staff and patrons were having a great time. We sat at the end of the bar and Chef Jordan and Chef Jeff were a total vibe. If I could rate this experience 6-stars because of their energy, I would. They made each bite interactive and even allowed me to torch the wagyu. The food was amazing and every bite more flavorful than the one before. This might've been the best sushi we've ever had and this is not our first rodeo. If you're looking for great food, music, and a good time - you've gotta give Sushi by Bou a try.. you won't be disappointed.“

The sushi is super fresh, and the entire menu is well prepared, tastes great and is fairly priced (especially during HH, 7 days a week! ). Service is always great, but it's Kristin at the bar that truly elevates the whole experience for me! “Wow! I’ve been searching for a specific tiger tier salad, and pad Thai for over four years. We finally came here and what inexperience it was.!!Cooper, the boss and owner is an extremely talented chef his pad is literally perfect. The color is excellent and there is a lot of flavor.Jang was our waitress and she is incredible with people. I have been to Bangkok Bistro many times and ordered different dishes, I always like their food.This place has a good atmosphere to socialize, the noise is tolerable. Other than Thai food, they also serve sushi and ramen. I enjoyed spider Tom yum with crispy soft shell crab. I also like their whole snapper.Tonight I ordered Tom yum soup with shrimp and eggplant shrimp. Both dishes have perfectly cooked shrimp.
