I have lived throughout California, Florida, Ohio, Denver, New Orleans and Minneapolis and can state with absolute certainty this is in the top three of any Thai cuisine I have experienced in over 35 years of being a Thai food fiend. “Delicious Maine lobster pasta in sauce. I loved it. Unfortunately, the Dover Sole was ok, not the freshness of fish I expect at this fine restaurant. Chef Angelo would not tolerate it on his plate. At $78 for the dish, any restaurant can put a delicious sauce. Angelo's recipes are the best. Angelo's should maintain better quality control of their fish in hot Ft Lauderdale. The sauce was very good, of course. I will go again. Not order fish. It's a problem in most restaurants. Didn't expect at this Ft Lauderdale gem.”

“Planta Queen on Las Olas is absolutely amazing. We ordered takeout (because it was Easter Sunday, and restaurants are packed!). We ordered seven different dishes, and we were blown away by each and every one. This fully vegan restaurant offers mainly Asian food that is fresh, beyond flavorful and totally different from your local Asian restaurant. They offer whole food items, no processed food, very fresh and unlike anything you've ever tasted before. Yes, they are expensive. And worth every penny. My taste buds had a real blast!! SO GOOD!!! It is a small chain with about 20 locations - many of them in Florida, but we're so glad there's a location near us!!! Try something truly different and so delicious for a change!!”

“Decided to make reservations at the last minute and they gladly accommodated it. When we arrived we were greeted by hostess and I believe the manager. He asked if it were our first time and showed us around. The waiter gave us great recommendations and was very attentive. The food came out pretty quickly and was full of flavor. The music was a mix of everything I would ever want, the costumes were on point, my cesar salad was delicious, our hostess was hilarious and didn't miss a beat of crowd work, the hospitality was top notch and I loved my server Vauze. Then she absolutely destroyed her performance and now I'm obsessed with her. Every single girl gave straight up Saturday night level performances on a Saturday afternoon. Outstanding. 10/10. And lemme tell you--all my expectations were exceeded handily from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly by the owner, Chris, and couldn't wait to order my oat milk latte. They served it in a 16oz size, which was PERFECT for my perhaps worrisome reliance on caffeine. It was strong and delicious, just the way I LOVE it. The music and the setting were outstanding. I couldn't help singing along with the playlists piping through their cozy outdoor seating area and several little birds and neighborhood pups made the experience that much more enjoyable. Chris would deliver orders to the seating area and his warmth and hospitality made this THE place to be, especially on an overcast Sunday morning. I loved the pumpkin spice scone and the quiche was BEAUTIFUL, especially with that gluten-free crust. I try to limit that consumption as much as I can though I have to admit--baked goods are my kryptonite. All in all, an incredible experience. I look forward to returning when I'm back in Ft. Lauderdale. And when I come, I'll be sure to bring my souvenir mug--they'll fill it with drip coffee for only a DOLLA'! “Celebrated a birthday dinner with them last night. The food & service couldn't have been better. The "Out of Control" raw sushi roll was out of this world. I'm excited to return soon, especially for lunch since our spa is so close. They actually helped solve a problem for me too without knowing it. My clients often find out I'm a former mega yacht chef and quiz me for dining options. I cringe because I'm very reluctant to give master chef level recommendations with such a plethora of ever changing restaurants, price points and service levels. My taste always leans to super fresh, fun, spicy ethnic-ish foods with bold flavors that you probably don't have to mortgage your house to afford. I'll worry no more as you'd be hard pressed not to find something you like on their abundant menu... even if sushi isn't your thing. Don't hesitate.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience at 52 Seasons Fort Lauderdale. My friends and I were celebrating my graduation and had a blast. The food and cocktails were amazing and the ambiance was spot on. Our server Trevor made our experience incredible and masterfully handled our 11 person table (with different people arriving at different times) with ease and made our experience incredible. He explained every one of the desserts and answered every question we had about the food. My steak and asparagus was cooked to perfection. The lamb was not too gamey and perfectly savory. 5 stars across the board for this restaurant. Reasonably priced for the ambiance and food quality.”

“Had the pleasure of dining in at Anthony's Clam House. We come all the way from New Jersey just for the clams! Everything was excellent especially the linguine vongole and the Tuscan shrimp. She checked in with us throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. 10/10 overall and I look forward to coming back!”

“This is a great hotel with a beautiful pool that overlooks Ft Lauderdale beach and has a wonderful bar and kitchen. The burgers are great, so are the drinks and cocktails. Good gluten free (“gf”) options as well. We had burgers, fries and a Caesar salad - all good. Also good was the margarita and frozen rum drinks. The poolside chairs fill up fast - get there early! It can get windy, so they have to take down the umbrellas. Otherwise, plenty of shade - they’ve even got a ‘sunscreen bar’ with lots of options. Pool is on the 7th floor and requires keycard access. Attendants are very helpful, as are the wait staff.”

“I absolutely LOVE Denny’s and I went there today for lunch. The service was outstanding and the food scrumptious. However, upon leaving I realized the floor was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY I believe from grease. Now this is a 24 hour location but something needs to be done so no one suffers a severe injury from falling. The location is in Fort Lauderdale at 5000 N. Federal Highway. Please take care of this issue. I almost slipped and so did my spouse. One of the wait staff mentioned something about skating.”

Pair this with the Darioush Cabernet for an unforgettable experience. The chef prepares the steak perfectly to temperature which is not as common as it should be. Their patio was a very comfortable spot to enjoy everything. Moved to Broward 6 months ago & were pleased to add another restaurant find to our list. After getting home, the GM Tim texted me to say that they had my wallet which I didn’t know that I had lost. Everything was returned to me safe & sound. When you pull into their parking slots, the phrase “Be Nice” is printed on each of the concrete slabs. Well these guys are, from the food all the way down to the staff. We’ll be back.”

People were friendly, the staff was welcoming, parking was plenty, and security truly made you feel safe but didn't hound you drinks are a little bit more than other places but the music was literally the best in town.
