“Solid and consistent breakfast spot that's open early before you start your day in the Keys. Family establishment with very friendly staff and well executed breakfast. Menu is broad and everyone will be happy with the selections. Omelettes are eggcelent (I had Popeye and Western), gravy and biscuits are solid choice. Coffee is good and the place is full of locals and tourists and everyone is welcome. Highly recommend if you are in the area.“

“Driving, driving, driving behind a big truck. "How much further back to airport?" THEN I SAW THE SIGN. "Halfway Cafe". Cute. Turned around. What a find! Very nice workers. Clean, friendly, inside. Unexpected. Breakfast was plentiful and fast. Ordered at counter. Waited a few minutes for a table. Very relaxed drive back to airport until we hit the confusing freeways. Go to this little treasure cafe.“
