This place has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Upon walking through the door, an unmistakable stale fish / burnt fryer oil aroma greeted us. We were seated, then waited what seemed like 15 minutes before even our drink order was taken. Enough time lapsed after that that the table conversation was becoming awkward. I finally went over and stood at the bar, hoping to catch the attention of someone to take our food order. The place certainly wasn't packed, it was mid-afternoon on a Thursday. Long story short, finally just wound up insisting on our check for the drinks ( which we were overcharged by one drink for, and at this point I didn't even care, I just paid it) and we left. Will never go back. We drive past this place 2 or 3 times a week, year 'round. It's our new tradition to flip the bird as we pass by, both ways.

The service was good. They need for servers on the floor or smaller sections. The back of house or the kitchen needs to get it together.....I have been a server for 25 years and this was by far the was the slowest kitchen I've seen. No team work at all.

Decided to stop here while driving from KeyWest to Fort Lauderdale.The atmosphere was good, the place was not too crowded either, but they made us wait at least 30 min before even handing out the menu despite of asking 3 times for it.Once we placed the order, we waited for 30 min but didn’t even get the appetizer during that time. Upon asking, we were told that they haven’t even started working on our order yet.We shared our concern of a long drive ahead and requested to expedite, but the server told us that there is nothing they can do.We decided to leave after waiting for over an hour and was aghast by the terrible service.

LOVED the Wings!! My favorites are spicy and blackened. Also had the Mango, Parmesan, and I think garlic. They where all Great. Big pieces and cooked to perfection. Also had Grouper sandwich the day before. Once again cooked perfect and a huge fillet. So far one of The best food I have had in Key West.
