“Great breakfast club. Lovely under the sea atmosphere. Quick service. The food was great. We shared the pancake board and tried 3 different bennies and a huge breakfast burrito. Coffee waa great. I'm definitely recommending it.Vegetarian options: eggs and veggies for everyoneParking: Cross the street paid parking lot. $5 for an hour.Kid-friendliness: Yes. They will love the under the sea team. Plenty of pancakes and waffles.“

“Key lime coconut pie was phenomenal! It was thick and stiff versus some that are more loose and fluffy. The lime is very prominent so you definitely get the tart lime bite. My husband prefers sweeter and less tart key lime so he wasn’t a fan but I enjoyed the tangy punch. The addition of the coconut gave it more texture and substance. I am now determined to make this at home! The staff was friendly and fun!“

“Was very disappointed. I was there 2 years ago and had the most delicious shrimp and grits I think I have had. I was told tonight the no longer had it.Crabby tots and jerk steak flat bread were amazing but they were not shrimp and grits. Hope they bring it back before next time we come down.“

Loved outdoor tables and atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Stopped in by chance, loved it so much we came back next day, even took home extra chia cups for breakfast in hotel next morning. Kids loved everything we tried and went back for seconds! Fresh fruit on chia pudding, coconut water in the coconut and a fruit smoothie in a fresh pineapple. A+!!“

“Mid afternoon visit, not busy. Great service, great food. Atmosphere was what you would expect from an IHop. Cafe, clean, smells of bacon, coffee, and waffles. It was really cold inside, but they turned the thermostat up and moved people to less drafty tables. Awesome service.“
