Ordered some burgers. Waited 20 minutes. Watched the kitchen crew wait on drive thru customers first. Walk inns last. Asked employees why they were doing all the drive through, they didn't respond. Not good.

They left out our 4 biscuits which caused me to drive all the way back there from our dinner table. I can tell from the manager’s attitude and the guys that work there that they ARE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY! I had to wait for new chicken and they gave me 8 biscuits. Once back home it was discovered that our ORIGINAL order of 8 pieces was NOT mixed but rather 3 thighs, three legs, and two wings. No breasts at all! I will NEVER trust that location again on something as simple as a coke. One of the workers (the guy who screwed up the drive-thru order initially) also had an attitude when I told him it had been 12 mins and the food was up. He said, “it’s 15 minutes.” The chicken was up and ready to go. Again, TRAINING!!! Whomever owns this location is losing money due to the worker’s incompetence and poor training. He should do a serious audit and retrain or fire the manager.

Unorganized no stock of hot chicken. No butter for the biscuits. Yes no butter for the biscuits! No one spoke English. And if they didn't have what you wanted you got extra of other things wasteful. Horrible chicken get your act together. It was cold and right.

I would have liked to return but I had to continue on my way.The time they took would not be a complaint if they had gotten the order complete and in good condition! So they should take more care of the service.
