“I only leave reviews when a restaurant makes a lasting impression, either really positive or really negative. This was a really positive one! We were in a rush because we were meeting some friends at the K1 racing go cart for a scheduled race so we needed to find something fast nearby. My wife doesn’t like fast food so I was trying to find something in between fancy restaurant and burger king. I googled Italian restaurants in the area since that’s her favorite and Napolitano had fantastic reviews.The area is not the prettiest because the main street is mostly used for industrial trucking and I’m familiar with the mostly cafeteria style restaurants in the area so I wasn’t getting my hopes up. Boy was I wrong!When I walked in, I was immediately surprised by how charmingly decorated and clean it was in comparison to what I’m familiar with in the area. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL from beginning to end. I wasn’t even very hungry but the food was fantastic! I had ordered spaghetti and meatballs, my wife had chicken parm and garlic knots, and our 6 year old daughter had a cheese pizza and watermelon juice. We all loved what we ordered! I don’t know if the pizza is the best I’ve tried in Miami, but if it’s not, it’s pretty close. The garlic knots I’m pretty sure are the best I’ve had, though. On top of everything, the prices were the most reasonable I’ve seen in a long time at an Italian restaurant in Miami. It’s a little far from our home, but we plan to be going back regularly after this experience.Kid-friendliness: The food is very kid friendly and so are the prices!“

“If I could give Luca Osteria 10 stars I would!! I first found this place from a food blogger on instagram and I am so glad I did. First thing you must make a reservation before going because there is limited seating and this place is always full. We didn't have a reservation and the hostess was so helpful to get us a spot at the bar. The manager saw that we felt very crowded at the bar so they were able to give us a table for two. Even though it's a little smaller inside, the restaurant is so beautiful and classy. We had the perfect date night. We started with a couple appetizers the patate frite and the Local Stracciattella. The patate frite was so perfectly crispy and creamy with the sharp flavor of the truffle. The creamy Stracciattella with the crispy bread was the best combo. For our entree we ordered the short rib bolognese with fresh pappardelle pasta. Now I don't usually order the bolognese, it's usually just basic flavors but I truly enjoyed this one thanks to the short ribs. My husband ordered a pasta with bucatini pasta that was delicious too. We were so full from this lovely meal but we had to try a dessert. We were recommended to ordered the Pistachio Semifreddo, it was very different. It was sweet and salty and the chocolate ganache was so perfect. One thing I really appreciated from this restaurant was the employees they were so attentive and after every single meal they cleaned and wiped down our table. I have never seen that before at any restaurant even the fanciest expensive places don't even do that for you. We can't wait to go back and try new items on the menu. And I will recommend this place to anyone that's in Coral Gables. And if you ever need anything, ask the manager JJ.“

“I’m rating 4 stars because I don’t want to bring down the rating of the restaurant but I hope the manager or owner reads this review and fixes the problems. This restaurant has the perfect location and the pizza is amazing, which is the reason why continue to go regardless of the bad service. Which is what I wanted to bring attention to. Every time I go I don’t feel welcome, the waiter/waitresses make it obvious that they don’t want to be there, and lack knowledge regarding Italian food. I’ve had the waitress come back after 15 minutes of ordering because she forgot our order even though the restaurant was empty. Living in brickell, we also went once to the restaurant an hour and a half before closing, I understand the people working want to go home, but they start cleaning up the restaurant and putting all chairs up while we’re still eating, making us feel pressured to leave. They even want to take away our plate while we’re on our last slice of pizza. We keep coming back because we are locals and the food is awesome. But I think a more enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and respectful staff would bring more costumer around the city. We’ve gone multiple times at night so I’m not sure if in the morning it’s a different environment and staff.“

“I had never been to Mosaico and booked a reservation for 4 at the bar, assuming it was a high top. Upon arriving, I ran into a friend who joined us, making it a party of 5. When we realized it was not a high top but was at the actual bar, which was lovely, the manager worked with us to get us a table as soon as possible and offered us a round of drinks and send over two appetizers. The bartender was great, the drinks were delicious and so were the appetizers. We made it to a table and the manger continued to check in on our group. In my note for the reservation I added, “teachers after a long week” and he shared his respect for teachers, as he was once married to one. Fresh ingredients, attention to detail and a caring staff will have me coming back again! Thank you again for a wonderful night!“

“Food: for our first visit we ordered from their panini menu, with an array of great fresh options you can definitely satisfy your craving! I got a great fresh panini on a baguette which was great! From the homemade pesto, fresh prosciutto and the best homemade mozzarella! I highly recommend!We also got another sandwich but requested it on a focaccia and this has to be the way to go in my opinion the freshly baked focaccia was the winner!We did try dessert which was a tiramisu and along with the food it was a hit! “I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience whether carry out, delivery or dining. The care and love that is put into this restaurant really shows. I’ve been to this location on Aragon Ave., the Falls and Midtown and all food, quality and service is consistent. They’re all incredible and pricing is great. This time we dined in and Julio Cesar took care of us. He was very quick and attentive. I have no favorites on the actual menu other than this is my favorite pizza in miami, period. I personally like very soft, traditional dough and Pummarola gets it right, EVERY TIME. The pasta is delicious and all the appetizers are delicious, especially the mozzarella sticks. This time we tried the butter Parmesan tortellini and that was great as an appetizer to share. We tried a panuozzo too and that is like a panini with pizza dough as the bread…so good! The Nutella pizza is my favorite on their menu and my absolute favorite in miami. It is so soft, LOADED with Nutella, bananas and strawberries. Can’t wait to be back!“
