Living near this location is a joy. Even though there is many food options in the neighborhood , the options with good service and fresh food is very limited .Rice on Biscayne delivers both, excellent fresh food , and the best service in the neighborhood . Z and Angie who work there are so nice and hospital, it's a pleasure to interact with them . Thank god for Rice !!
