Haven't been here in a while and I usually shy away from Mall restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised! The service was amazing and the food was not only great tasting but there was plenty of it! My colleague and I shared a salmon salad and both walked away completely full ( I believe she even took some home for supper that evening). The staff took great care of us and was incredibly kind and attentive. I will definitely be back!

I sat at the bar for a late lunch. Food was excellent and the martini was spot on. The bartender was very attentive but not overbearing. Great place for happy hour that starts at 3 pm. I was too early but checked out the options and I will go back.

This is one of our fave places to come for family dinners because it has options for everyone: gluten free, sauce free, vegetarian options for the whole family.I recommend the risotto its delicious! And the brocolini side is so good. Also the raviolis, calamari, the salmon are delish.Vegetarian options: Ravioli, pasta with vegetables, sidesDietary restrictions: Gluten free

Worst customer service, I ordered 3 pasta carbonara and the restaurant make some mistakes, after this, send me another server with the excuse to pay more, and the manager agrees to charge more after the all situation; this is one of the reason some places go to bankruptcy. My advice don't come here to spend your money!!! We have more restaurant all over with exellent customer service.

Really bad experience today. Came in with kids and friends. First person we encounter at the front raises his eye brows at us but doesn’t say anything. Not welcome in or how many or anything. After we volunteered our party information and the fact we’d like to eat, he disappeared and we were standing at the front alone for at least 5 minutes.Took a half an hour to get kids menus. Drinks took a long time and orders weren’t taken for a while. Food took a very long time to come out. The older couple next to us was so annoyed that they were yelling and cussing. I don’t blame them. We were there for almost two hours. The whole vibe was weird. To make it worse, there was a flickering light above head. When we tried to pay, we waited 15 minutes or more and finally went to front desk.We did complain to manager but there was no offer to make it right by discounting the meal or anything.Won’t be back. It’s too bad, we used to love Brio.

I came here for my graduation celebration dinner, and really enjoyed everything. They’re so accommodating! In my family all 4 of us got the sauce on the side for our pasta, and they have hot teas, and the bread was delicious. The soups they have are really good, I had the minestrone and my mom loved it. The tiramisu was really good and we really enjoyed its rich taste. Our waitress was so sweet, her service was so helpful and patient. Overall this is one of my families go to, and we highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was delicious as usual. Service, was just average. Server seemed to have disappeared at times...had trouble connecting. Never got our bread, which is always a highlight of our meal. Oh well.....

The patio seating was nice, especially since my friend's dog was welcome. Prices are high given that the food is totally middle-of-the-road. I had a $20 off coupon; otherwise the total bill (with tip) would have been about $77. We ordered VERY modestly, splitting these items: a Caprese salad, a chicken Marsala entree, and a broccolini side. I had one beer and my friend had a Diet Coke. (They did a nice job splitting the entree onto two dishes, and it was substantial.)
