“We had a fantastic takeout experience so we are coming back to join for the ambience next time. The food was delicious. They changed the menu all the time. They work with special requests, which is incredibly unusual with a restaurant that has this type of Craft. Very accommodating and the food is outstanding. When my husband picked up the food, he said we’ve got to go back. You’ll love the place. I’m not sure who answered the phone, but we dealt with him twice and I really have not seen that type of Customer service in a long time.”

The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. “We absolutely love Seasons 52 in Palm Beach Gardens, and manager Justin made sure our recent visit was no exception.
After sitting outside for about 20 minutes without a server visiting our table, we moved inside to the bar to get quicker service. Seeing what happened, Justin took full ownership of his team's oversight and personally brought out every single one of our dishes. It was humbling to see a manager care so much about his guests' experience and go so far out of his way to turn our evening around.
Our bartender, Sage, was also incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional.

I explained my husband has hearing loss and could we sit at one of the 3 empty booths behind us. Hostess said we’d have to wait an hour. We left and enjoyed a lovely dinner in Tap 42.”

The food was equally outstanding. We enjoyed the lamb chops, crab cakes, and lobster bisque, along with a Manhattan, a margarita, and a glass of Chardonnay. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous, the quality was excellent, and the service remained top-tier throughout the evening.

“We finally tried Red Phoenix and really enjoyed it. The place is gorgeous — definitely Instagram-picture-ready, with a huge bar and a really fun atmosphere.

The food was excellent. We ordered the half duck, which they say is for two people, but when something is that delicious, it’s really for one. 😂 It came out beautifully presented and was cooked perfectly. My son tried it and proceeded to eat most of mine, so clearly he agreed. My boyfriend had the hamachi and said it was the best he’s ever had.

The only thing we didn’t love were the spring rolls. I think they were trying to be a little too creative with them, but everything else was great.

Our server Michael was fantastic — super attentive without hovering. When we asked about happy hour, he happily showed us the happy hour menus and even brought over the brunch menu so we could see what they offer. He was friendly, helpful, and really made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Great food, great service, beautiful atmosphere — and no standing three people deep at the bar or waiting two hours for a table. 😂 We’ll definitely be back!”

“I’ve tried a lot of cookies in my day, but Crumbl truly takes the cake (or should I say, cookie?)! From the moment I walked in, the smell of freshly baked cookies filled the air, and I was hooked.
The cookies are MASSIVE. Seriously, each one is the size of a small plate, and they come out warm, gooey, and perfect every time. I’ve tried several of their rotating flavors, and I love how they switch it up weekly. You get the classics like Chocolate Chip and Sugar Cookie, but then there are unique flavors like Peanut Butter Crumble and S’mores that keep you coming back for more.
What I really appreciate is that Crumbl uses high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite. The frostings are creamy without being overly sweet, and the cookies themselves are soft yet just firm enough to hold up when you break them in half. Plus, there’s always that little crunch on the edge, which is such a satisfying texture contrast.
The packaging is also on point. It’s so cute and fun, and the pink boxes make them the perfect gift for any occasion (or a treat for yourself, of course). I’m not usually a fan of overly sugary treats, but the balance of sweetness in these cookies is spot on.
As for the staff, they are always friendly, and I love how they’re super efficient, even when it’s busy. I’ve never had to wait long, and they’re great at handling custom orders or answering any questions.
The only downside is the price — at $3-5 per cookie, it’s definitely a splurge. But when you consider the size, quality, and how indulgent these cookies are, I think it’s worth it for a special treat. Plus, they offer box deals if you’re getting several, which is a nice touch if you want to share!
Overall, Crumbl Cookies is my go-to for an occasional sweet treat. If you haven’t been yet, you need to try it! Your taste buds will thank you. 🍪💕”

Two working fireplaces and a large patio to fit whatever mood strikes you. Awesome spot for a nice dinner or lunch - fresh and terrific food straight off the menu and absolutely fabulous specials for lunch and dinner and awesome desserts. live music 2-3 nights a week. this is such a great local restaurant with an owner and management that are obviously very involved and care a lot about guests AND the staff. 10 out of 10, you've gotta check it out.”

“My favorite place since I tried 2 months ago, I’ll go for lunch almost everyday, mostly Boca and Wellington. Im fasting so it’s the most tasty nutritious food I’ve got. The staff is amazing and the cleanliness even in bathrooms is top. I always get the small bowl and always ask for a bonus 1/2 spoon of beans and they always give it with a big smile, not this time. Today I tried the Alton one, I had high expectations. First impression was that it was weird starting the line backwards from the right. The operator was friendly but not when I asked for a tin of beans, 1/4 spoon the most… She said no and she wanted to sell me a cup as an extra. I declined, was rude, then I see the line dirty, stuff looked cold. The other operator was afraid to serve too much shrimp and the feta he spread it crumble by crumble, I was amazed of his skills. Those 2 company money savers fighting for the employee of the month. One thing I like at Bolay is to grab my metal good solid forks, this time I couldn’t, not available. The food was tasty as usual but the temperatures were inconsistent, the colds not too cool and the hots warms. Then after sitting the trash overflowing and dirty bowls piling up were a view that you can’t stop looking at it, under my table on the floor smashed veggies. When I’m leaving I’m looking at the other stations and look the same. I avoided use the bathrooms at that point to wash hands as usual. It wasn’t a staff shortage issue, plenty of labor, customer line clear. These guys went through the pick of rush in lunch time with not interval cleanings. So disappointing see that awesome concept lowing the bar so bad. At the end is all management. Not going back there, I mean, that one in Alton but people, you definitely gotta try it somewhere else and get hook by them. Wellington and Boca In Military staff is the best. Hope Alton improve.”

If you're in a hurry, this is a convenient place to stop by and quickly grab your gourmet coffee. I highly recommend giving it a try.”

“I brought my family to Brio up in Palm Beach gardens while on vacation. The food was exceptional. My wife and two kids ordered CHICKEN MILANESE,GRILLED CHICKEN MARSALA, BRUSCHETTA SAMPLER and CRISPY CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD alongside an appetizer of fresh calamari. The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. “This is my second experience with Prezzo in Palm Beach Gardens and I couldn’t be more thrilled to write a review. The manager was extremely welcoming and checked in on us throughout our meal. Our server was a wonderful young man named Will who was attentive, kind, and interacted with everyone (so refreshing in this era)! He will be requested for our next visit. The food was once again terrific!! Baked wings and lamb chops were mouth watering. I can happily say my friends and I have finally found a new “our spot” in Gardens. “Our food was delicious! We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we were allowed to bring our own cake and usually they charge a cake cutting fee but the manager was nice enough to waive that for us. I requested outdoor seating overlooking the water and sort of near the live music but we were sat in the middle of an area where there was constant foot traffic by waiters and guests and they were bumping into my chair a lot which was annoying. We didn’t have a view of the water because there was a large screen with a projector showing scenes of Italy. Not to mention there was no live music which was disappointing because the website said Fridays and Saturdays. The service was very slow. There was no kids menu and the toddlers we had with us wanted a small portion but when we ordered a small pizza for our son they brought him a medium and charged us $18! He’s 3 years old! When it was time for cake I thought the staff would bring it out with the candles lit and sing but the waiter put the cake down in front of my husband and then was trying to light the candles and started using one candle to light another instead of using the lighter and it took a minute and then there weren’t staff members there singing at all just our family. It was awkward. They took the cake out back to cut it which took probably 15 minutes and I didn’t get the cake topper or candles back. We had to ask for the check and boxes as the server wasn’t very attentive the whole time. There weren’t staff members different waitstaff who came to the table to assist. Overall it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for unfortunately.”

“Food is great but hostesses leave much to be desired when it comes to delighting the guest. Party of 3, made a reservation, came in and was going to be seated in the middle Of the restaurant at a noisy table. I explained my husband has hearing loss and could we sit at one of the 3 empty booths behind us. Hostess said we’d have to wait an hour. We left and enjoyed a lovely dinner in Tap 42.”

“My wife and I went there to celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and we were not disappointed. The service there was excellent, very attentive, and on point. Loved our waitress, who was from Brazil and very knowledgeable about the menu. It was our first time there. A little pricey than a standard restaurant but so worth it! You get what you pay for! They come by with beef, chicken, lamb, ribs and it was all delicious. My favorite was the Flank Steak and the Top Sirloin steak, it was so tender. The Brazilian cocktails were so yummy and delicious. They had a special on a Brazilian wine which was delicious. This will be my new favorite restaurant for a special occasion. I can’t even complain about anything. Restaurant was very clean. I liked that they had mangers constantly walking by checking tables and if everything was running smoothly. Staff was very attentive, food was excellent. I have been to Brazil many years ago and it was just like a traditional Churrascaria like I remember. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or to impress a meat lover. You really have to be a meat lover to enjoy this restaurant. This definitely makes my list of new favorite restaurants Top 5 in Palm Beach County.”

“I brought my family to Brio up in Palm Beach gardens while on vacation. The food was exceptional. My wife and two kids ordered CHICKEN MILANESE,GRILLED CHICKEN MARSALA, BRUSCHETTA SAMPLER and CRISPY CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD alongside an appetizer of fresh calamari. The aura inside was super relaxed and chill and the hostess and I believe it was the GM who was dressed in such business boss like attired escorted us to our table and gave us a warm-welcome while helping the hostess seat us to our table. Who ever is in charge which I think was the lovely woman in business like attired runs the facility so well. Even while dinning we don’t really see this in business anymore but the GM was working the line with the other line cooks and serves bringing out food to the tables as well as following up with all the guests including my family. So impressed with the service what a nice woman and staff she runs. Thanks for your service.”

“I always post pictures, but honestly we are everything so quickly I was unable to get any! I can not say enough great things about this restaurant. To start, the staff is welcoming, the service is impeccable (especially Theresa), and the food is delicious. We had wedge salads and grilled artichokes to start. Most notable of the entrees had to be the ribs, they fell off the bone!!! But leave room for dessert because the cookie served in the hot iron skillet is irresistible. I also had the chocolate cream pie and it was huge, more than enough to share. Highly recommend River House, and will be back again.”

“I've been in here three times since they opened which hasn't been long and each time I've gone here I've had dismal interaction with people that work here. First above all else, not one time have I gone in there and been greeted. No, 'how may I help you'. No, 'Can I take your order?'. Not even a, 'Hello, thank you for coming to Popeyes'. I mean if they cannot even be that professional it makes me question how professional they are being in the back making my food. I'm sorry but I just had to say something. There's a saying that goes something like, 'If it walks like a chicken, then it's probably a chicken'. Same goes for customer service. I have literally have had to ask for my order all three times and have had to wait, as well when ever already ordered ahead of time through their app. I can keep complaining but I won't. I just won't be going there anymore and I will just stick to publix right next door from here on. disappointed because I like Popeyes. Just not this one location”

My daughter and I were treated properly, the food and coffee were fresh, everyone was working, it it was well-organized and it was clean. Wait time was very short. So different from some of the locations near me.”
