Starbucks in Palm Beach Gardens

“I frequent here to focus on assignments and it's a really nice little nook to be in during the late afternoon :) The baristas have been nothing but sweet to me and my family each visit, especially cam, gabby, sahara, and eric! overall a very friendly place!!“

“I just want everyone to know that there is a barista named Cragen that is awesome. I go for a Frapuccino a couple times a week, and she prepares my drink perfectly, she remembers the way I like it! I just want to give her a shout out for a great job and hope everyone's lucky enough as I was to have her make your drink!
Special mention to Addy, remembers my crazy drink also and is kind. They make people feel welcome!!“

“Exceptional Service, Decade-Long Consistency

The Starbucks location in North Palm Beach is truly outstanding, largely thanks to its dedicated staff.

I've been going to this location on and off for about eight years, and the professionalism and warmth of the team have never wavered. They are genuinely welcoming and pleasant at 5 AM every single morning—even on Sundays!

This level of cheerful consistency, especially during those early hours, makes starting the day so much better. Over nearly a decade, they've proven to be an incredibly reliable and professional team. Thank you for always setting a great tone for the morning, especially Gee!“

“I want to start off by saying this is the cleanest and fastest store in the area. The employees here know my name and my order. I am greeted every visit by smiling faces. I typically stay and work on my laptop while enjoying a treat. This evening my time was disrupted by this Thomas Maxwell (I'm assuming is the same person based off the content of his review) person who upon hearing a CORPORATE policy from the manager of this location, smashed his cup into the counter and screamed profanity at her. He then threw the cup into the wall above the trashcans and then demanded to have a refill. The manager gave him his refill and asked him to leave since he was being violent and disruptive. After receiving his refill he removed the lid and poured it all over the floor at the entrance. The manager had to get security involved. I have to say, as a palm beach county resident and Starbucks lover I found this behavior to be highly disturbing for the area. I hope he finds the help he needs and I sincerely hope the manager and employees at this store know that they truly are amazing. I appreciate everything you all have to go through everyday and I commend you on managing to act with kindness and grace during that horrible altercation. I know if I were in your shoes I wouldnt have been able to do the same.“

“I don’t normally write reviews but today I came in and noticed the whole lobby was full! while I was patiently waiting for my drink one of the Barista there named Jay Was kind enough to help speed up my order as I was in a rush to go to work he was very kind and made sure I left with a smile!“
