My favorite Starbucks in PBC. The traffic moves so much more efficiently through the drive-through. (I love the Okeechobee store too, but the street it’s on gets rather backed up.) My orders are always right; the staff are friendly and consistent; the hot drinks are always hot and that fruit&cheese protein box is a great, healthy snack for kids or grownups. I was met with, oh so rare, exemplary customer service from West at this location. His professionalism is the kind organizations build their entire companies around. Sadly most local managers hinder exceptional people like this with the lack of knowledge that people will travel that extra mile just for the abundance of serotonin. Starbucks really should recognize individuals such as West more/better. Everyone needs this kind of joy in their life.
