Best Starbucks in Palm Beach - the only one that doesn’t take 1000 years for your drink only for it to be missing half the ingredients you ordered! They always get it right & I always see the staff being friendly, working hard & keeping the place clean.

Store # 2910 should focus more on the customers and pleasing them. One December 13, 2023 at 8:38AM I placed my order with the young lady in the front. I ordered Iced GingerBread Oatmilk Chai and Double smoked bacon. I did not receive what I paid for. Instead of giving me what I order, they gave me a hot drink and I told her I didn’t order that, Then the young lady remake the drink and she gave me an iced coffee, which I did not order at this point I was too upset and I was already late for work. I left the store. Bad customer service, your customer is supposed to come into the store and get what they want and be happy. I was very upset about my order.This place does not deserve a star at all.
I feel bad for this location… messy, unorganized and since is bad they need to wear gloves. I do not recommend this

Use to be one of my favorites but the last two times we have been, the crew is complaining about customers (enough for us to hear), they are not organized so it takes twice as long as other Starbucks & they have blatantly burnt our shots.
